Hi Nasher, looking at your order (#3102), I can see you certainly ordered a black leather strap, I will send you the order confirmation email again so you can see this. The good news is even though the watch is customised with a name on the back, our 'snap straps' can be changed in less than 1-minute, without any need for tools. Just simply change the strap over to the one you were supposed to order.
