Charged £80 to be told he couldn’t fix it.

His reply was

I can't work for nothing. I'm sorry you are not happy, unfortunately every now and again somethings don't go as expected, and unfortunately yours was one of them.

To fix it was going to cost £100 and he said he doesn’t want paying till it’s fixed. Wasn’t told it would cost £80 if his guess didn’t work.

Jason replied to my message quickly and was out the next day to come take a look at my integrated Bosch dishwasher.

Before ringing Jason I panicked and called BOSCH who wanted to charge £99 call out!

Jason came out and sorted the issue promptly!

Fantastic service received for a repair on our washing machine. Prompt reply to the phone and came round to do the repair quickly too. Repair dealt with efficiently. Would without doubt recommend to anyone and I’ll be passing on his number to friends and family.

Top service from Jason - would highly recommend. Washing machine repair (H2O error and a lot of googling!). He came round that afternoon, diagnosed, replaced parts and we were up & running again in no time. Accepts mobile card payment which is a bonus. Would definitely call again (hopefully not too soon!). I can highly recommend Jason, he put together 3 wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets in 7 hours (would have taken us a week, with arguments).

March 2017 Called them for a cooker as mine stopped working. Good quick delivery They disconnected mine and took away and installed the cooker they brought. Friendly guy. Would recommend.

Excellent oven repair. Husband and wife team, friendly, helpful and best of all able to fix my oven at a fraction of the price that the manufacturers help desk was going to charge. Jason was even happy to show me how to do this if it happened again. Would happily recommend to everyone.

Fantastic Service. What a great husband and wife team, who gave me sound advice when I went looking to replace old appliances, instead coming out to fix my old ones and saving me a fortune. Jason took my dishwasher away in the morning to repair in the shop and it was back that same afternoon. Can't fault them.
