The details were explained clearly and repeated a couple of times. A couple of times, I stopped Fernando(the MyAutoGuard rep) to clarify a point and that went as smooth as I could have asked for. Thank you.

I think first, when calling, do NOT use a spoofed phone number. I tend not to answer them. Next, when Your company rep tells me that "Finance will contact me about a reimbursement", I expect them to. Of course, when I upgraded, that reimbursement I expected in February will no longer be paid, despite it occurring under the old plan. Finally, when a rep tells me that someone will contact me about double payments, and I submit proof of that payment, I expect a call back.

I have had a horrible experience so far…
I have had a horrible experience so far I recently joined Auto Guard mad my first payment on 4/21 and after was harassed being called over and over again about a payment that I already paid for on my due date then couple days later I found out I got a later got a late charge of $5 for paying on time which doesn't make since on top of horrible customer service by a guy named Robert on top of a list of other problems I had got hung up on twice I will never recommend this company to no one. I hope things will get better as time go on.

What went wrong was from the beginning when I searched for extended warranty and they kinds of kept me on the call until they sold me the policy to start.. however, I was concerned about the timing of policy and possible future car repairs which I was concerned with being my bad luck and being sabotaged prior car repairs and caused other problems to occur to try to make me lose my vehicle and be forced to depend n rely on man NEVER WILL I RLY DEPEND ON ANYONE BUT ME AND MY CREDIT. I DONT LIKE THESE POLICIES BUT I WAS SORT OF COERCED INTO STARTING WHEN I KNEW I DIDNT HAVE 30 DAYS TO WAIT. NOW I WAS RAKEN FOR $25 $129.99 AND HAD TO CANCEL WHICH THEY DIDNT OFFER REFUND AND I SPECIFICALLY ASKED BEFORE GIVING APPROVAL IF I WAS ABLE TO CANCEL & REFUNDED FEES WHICH WAS WHAT SOLD ME IF FEES WERE REFUNDABLE AND THEY TRICKED ME INTO POLICY KNOWING THEY HAD ANOTHER FOOL AND NOW I'M HOMELESS WITHOUT A CAR AND THEY TOOK ME FOR $25 $129.99 .. I DONT LIKE THIS KIND OF BUSINESS

The repeated calls today to get first $55.99 payment that was setup on 04/08/2026, with the $25 fee to start it, so I guess proper communication within the company may be helpful !

I was assured 3 times by sales guy Max Martinez and his manager that there is no cap on labor rates on my Premier policy. The dealership rate of $279/hour in Atlanta, GA was fine and payable on repairs. I'm getting a repair done on a parking brake actuator and the labor rate from claims is $150! I need to have my policy amended after the recording is heard to remove that cap placed in error. call 404-849-6916 to confirm ASAP today!

Good Luck trying to cancel your policy with them!
Realized after i purchased a contract that my son has previously sold the vehicle that i tried to cover and called to cancel the policy and they conveniently drop calls, say they will get back to me and put me through the ringer to get to the cancellation division. This is not a professional or legit Company.
