Excellent company to use. I received a CCJ from a car parking ticket (but all correspondence had been sent to the wrong address!). I was quoted around £10,000 for a solicitor so I started looking at the process of getting it set aside thinking I could do it myself. I got myself so stressed trying to do it myself and found this company on Google. I couldn’t recommend them more. They’ve been so informative and replied to my many, many questions. No hidden costs at all!

This company had been a total life saver, I had received a CCJ due to an ex partner being toxic (me being silly enough to trust him he would forward my letters) and not forwarding parking tickets to my current address (I had changed my residential address but parkingeye did not check with the DVLA my current address).

Anyways ARK CMCS were amazing and dealt with the whole process for me to move on and able to apply for a mortgage. All stress free and they are very friendly, can't recommend them enough!!!

They drafted an excellent defence with my N244 form and explained the legal jargon associated with my CCJ case. Every time I have called them or sent them an email asking questions they have responded promptly. Even after the case took several months to get processed by the court they still helped me with all my questions and issue I faced with the court proceeding. They were very clear in their explanations of the court procedures and the results that my occur. They also gave very helpful recommendation when it came to presenting myself in the court. I would definitely recommend CMCS, highly professional with very generous pricing.

Reza was absolutely brilliant. i received a ccj in my previous address and when i found out about it, it was already on my credit file. when i contacted reza he took an hour of his time explaining how the process would work to get the ccj removed. once i made the payment he sent the letter to the other party on the same day. once we received the response from the other party he helped me with applying to the court as well and i received the letter 9 weeks later stating the ccj has been removed. i could not recommend enough.

Fantastic service, I stumbled upon a CCJ on my credit file when reviewing this for a mortgage application. I was absolutely devastated as I knew nothing about what this was for, after a 10 minute call with Reza I understood the process and he gave me my options, I signed the agreement around 11am and by 3:30 pm had a signed consent order from the civil enforcement agency to agree to set aside the CCJ! well what can I say amazing would be a start, very reliable and fast, I had 3 CCJs due to parking that I wasn't aware of and this amazing company only managed to get them all set aside within 9 days
