The first time I got off the phone with Reza from Ark, I felt like a MASSIVE weight was lifted. He spoke to me like a normal human being and was so confident he could sort out my issue (CCJ sent to me while abroad) after DAYS of searching, phoning other solicitors (who had no idea what to do) and hours in the phone to citizens advice etc… it was so nice to have him share his knowledge, contacts and industry experience in a way that felt so human.

The court took ages, but ARK CMCS had my paperwork sorted within the day, and had drafted everything for me to send off. They also sent me updates, gave me advice, and oversaw the whole case.

CCJ is now gone, credit score shot back up, and all because of this brilliant firm. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Absolutely fantastic company! We have been dealing with Ark since April 25. They did everything on there side within a couple of weeks and shortly after submitting the company agreed to set aside. The court is what took the longest to approve however Ark has been supportive and advising all the way through! The CCJ has been fully removed and we cannot thank them enough!
