I was arranging landlord contents insurance and initially made contact via email. The whole process was very straightforward and once I had negotiated the price of my preferred policy, my follow up call to an assistant was once more very easy and straightforward.

I went on google and found them and decided to do a quote on line which was great. I rang them and spoke to Beaver who was amazing. He confirmed that I could add the executors on the household policy for building and contents and went through the quote. He was very thorough and informative and made sure I understood what I was purchasing. I went ahead and the premium was reduced by £22.84 compared to the quote. I paid in full and received documentation via email straight away. Very pleased with the service, thank you Beaver for all your help. Very satisfied customer.

Had to arrange a short term buildings insurance while going through probabte and the sale. I was called by Sne in the morning after filing in some details the night before and I asked for a call back at lunch. Sne called back and was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I initially look for a 6 month policy but after speaking with Sne and getting the 12 month options I decided that this would be more beneficial for me. I took the policy and was emailed all the details.
I am very happy with the service thus far, after being in the insurance industry for over 20 years, its nice to deal with someone that is polite and understands the products they are selling, thank you Sne.

Regarding short term policy renewal. It is frustrating that a policy cannot be simply extended, when all circumstances are exactly the same.
Instead time is wasted going through all the details again, for which the company already have all the answers. However, the point of contact operator was very professional and helpful.
