The jacket I orderded was too small so I organised a return and exchange. First class customer service, very helpful, friendly and supportive. The jacket I ordered is amazing quality, amongst some of the best I've come across in terms of stitching, materials, look, fit and overall craftmanship. GREAT CLOTHING BUT ZERO RE SALE VALUE
In 2023 I bought a Jacket and Trousers.
Jacket is great,very warm,masses of pocket space and an overall brilliant Jacket.
The Trousers were C310 Police Combat Trousers. I realised the style was just not for me. Listed on 5 different re sale sites (world wide not just UK) at half the price I had paid and got no interest. They are still listed and I cannot even get £1 for them even though they are still new.
So while Arktis may sell 100's of pairs every week from their website unlike other high end work wear brands they have a zero re sale value even after just 6 months.
Oddly I have been monitoring a Shop in England who sell these at £145.00 and unless they are making the numbers up they are selling 10 - 20 pairs a day !!.
Moral of the story is make sure 100% that you are going to wear to destruction the work wear you buy because if you change your mind and do not own a Shop to re sell from you will get nothing back on the investment.

Navy not RAF
Ordered the navy blue boonie and was sent the Gaberdine raf blue instead but as I required the hat I kept it. Apart from that all was good.

Needed some neck n’ chest protection using a shemagh, but this shirt was amazingly quite wind resistant during the 8mi stroll. Great product
