Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. Total shower. Awful customer service. This company will not pay out without a receipt so if you’ve had a gift bought you, ie an expensive pair of sunglasses they will not pay out. They hang up on the phone and do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Age old saying, if it seems to good to be true….

We were sad to read your review of your claims experience. As with all of our subscribers’ items we require a valid proof of purchase to be able to accept a claim, even with gifts. Examples of an acceptable proof of purchase include a receipt, retail invoice, or personal bank statement showing the transaction.
