Unfortunately
Unfortunately, my experience with ARM Building Supplies was very disappointing.
I paid for delivery and, despite multiple alleged delivery attempts, no clear evidence of these attempts was ever properly provided. The delivery address was confirmed several times, and on multiple occasions someone was specifically present at the property waiting to receive the goods, yet no delivery arrived.
At one stage, the tracking showed the item as delivered, but the image later turned out not to be at the property. I was then advised that the item was ready for collection at the Post Office, resulting in a wasted round trip of over two hours, only to discover it was not there.
To be fair, the company did eventually issue a full refund, and communication remained polite throughout. However, no accountability or goodwill compensation was offered despite the significant inconvenience, wasted time, travel costs, project delays, and impact on my client relationship.
I understand couriers can make mistakes, but from a customer perspective, the delivery contract was with the supplier, not the courier.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend improving delivery management, communication, and customer resolution processes when issues arise.

I am sorry you feel like you received a 1-star service from us, this is not the experience we strive to provide.
I can see there was a delay on your order initially, as we had identified you had ordered the wrong flashings and we were waiting for you to confirm this, so this did indeed add a delay to the delivery date.
I can see this was your 2nd order and glad you have received all the correct items for your order, despite the slight delay.
