Having looked at few sites for a new car I came across Arrow I rang and spoke to Ryan to see if it was still available and arranged a visit, i had a look around and took my potential new peugeot 108 for a test drive. Loved it straight away and ryan even took my old car as part ex. He helped with every step of buying it and couldn't be more helpful even a courtesy call to see if everything was OK and if I needed anything. Highly recommend Arrow. Well done Ryan

Service and after service from Ryan was first class. We had a small problem with our Ford Fiesta, with Ryan's help we sorted the issue locally rather than having to take the car back to Darlington from Bradford.
Car hasn't missed a beat since. We even had an issue with our insurance but Ryan had a suggestion to overcome that too. Would definitely recommend Arrow Motor Company and will be the first place I look when looking for another car

Well where do i start with this great company. I initially was looking at a Seat Leon that wasn't in there stock however Ryan who I dealt with was like just have a look around the stock on site and see if theirs anything you fancy. No pressuring nothing like that you get with all big brands like Evans halshaw to name an example. I looked at a Tiguan initially however was too much for my figures personally. Looked on their website and found a lovely little ford focus so i text Ryan and after finalizing the digits, got a great rate on my Mini Cooper and drove away in the lovely Focus.

I had probably the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time since buying cars, no pressure tactics just a simple transaction and Ryan is just a great sales man. I would happily buy plenty of cars off Ryan in the future as he is a great leader in the field.

All the best Ryan and here's to many miles in my Focus from yourself ( I will get another car with yourselves most likely, just not yet ha)

This was our first car purchase for several years. From start to finish Matthew was superb and made the whole experience including a test drive superb.
The vehicle , a Honda CRV , was well presented and has been a pleasure to drive…..we are really enjoying using it.

I contacted Arrow Motor Company to view the car which was promptly arranged. Ryan showed me round the car and then I took in on a test drive. He then honestly answered every question and I had a few! Ryan was helpful sorting all the payment side of things with excellent correspondence. On collection of the car I met Matthew who once again sorted all the paper work, tax etc. There was no sales pressure at all and both Ryan and Matthew made it a pleasurable experience. After purchasing the car Ryan contacted me to check everything was still ok. I would highly recommend Arrow Motor Company.

We previously bought our new car just before Christmas and we absolutely love it. We have had a follow up call from the garage to see how we like it and to ask if we had any issues, we have never had this before and we just felt it was such a lovely thing for them to do. We definitely feel like this is the best garage we have ever dealt with . We will definitely be using them again. We will be recommending them to anyone that wants a reliable car with zero stress of buying a new car.

We were with our son when he bought his first car a Vauxhall Corsa from Arrow Motor Company in November 2023. Matthew and Ryan were lovely. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitively recommend them.
Our son was a learner driver at the time, he has since passed his test in December and has been driving all over the place in his car.
