I recently purchased a BMW 435d from Matthew in Arrow Motor Company and would definitely recommend them to anyone. We are from Northern Ireland so it was a distance sale. Matthew did a very thorough video walk through of the vehicle. You could tell he was very knowledgeable about his stock which was nice to see as some dealers hardly know the colour of the vehicle you are calling about! Pleasure to do business with.

Great service altogether. Having seen the car we wanted to try online, it was quick & simple to be able to go on a test drive. When it came to buying the car, all of our questions were answered & anything they weren’t sure of, they took away & came back to me ASAP. The car was due it’s service & the tyres needed the tracking checking & this was all organised for me. I just needed to turn up with the car & they dropped me back off at work & picked me up when it was ready, which was really appreciated since I’m pregnant & the walk would of taken me twice as long as it should of!

We purchased a Nissan Juke from arrow motor company. The help and advice we received from Georgina and Ryan was great, there was no pressure to take the car straightaway and any questions we had were answered. Was after a bigger family car as my young ones are getting bigger and going to be teenagers soon. Often go away so wanted plenty of room and comfort in the car.

Showed me all the stock available, and was blown away at some of the cars they have. Had 2 kia sportages to choose from, which were an ideal solution. Gave me pros and cons of both cars, let me test drive, whole family included to see what they thought of it too. By far the easiest dealership I have ever gone to. Stress free, pleasant, wasn't rushed and the coffee was on point! Having previously gone to main dealers such as BNW and Nissan, you always get the pushy sales people giving you tonnes of information overload looking for that sale, and you end up leaving with a headache but Arrow Motor Company were honestly fab. Felt like he was more of an advisor than a salesman and can't thank Matthew enough.
Traded in my old car at a higher rate that we buy an car were offering, and the whole process was very very quick. I had found the car, and 2 days later it was fully valeted, documents signed and I drove it away. Faultless smooth and will definitely be returning when the kids are gone and we are ready to get our next car!

Absolutely perfect. Went in to view a car and had everything sorted and low interest finance in place in a matter of minutes. The few minor issues on the cars past MOT were all sorted very quickly ready for me to pick my car up.

Can’t fault them at all, staff were welcoming and polite and had no issues when dealing with any issues or questions I had both before and after collecting the car.

I couldn't recommend Ryan and Arrow Motor Company enough, I travelled nearly 3hrs each way to purchase my car and it was worth it, Ryan done everything in his power to get me the best deal possible and made the whole experience clear and simple, I will definitely be in contact when I'm looking for my next car.
