Just recently purchased a mini coupe from Ryan at Arrow motor company. I travelled down from the north east to view the vehicle. Perfect condition and excellent service level offered on it. Drove the vehicle away 3 days later. The easiest car purchase I've done. Love the car and have absolutely no gripes about dealing with Ryan again in the future.

I can honestly say the whole experience of buying my BMW 1 series was fantastic! Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He seemed to genuinely care about offering great customer service and went above and beyond to provide it. I did not feel pressured to rush my decision in any way, which is very important. The car is also in great condition- lovely to drive and no issues. Would highly recommend and will certainly be going there first for my next car. Well done and keep up the great service !!

Purchased an Audi TT from Ryan, this was a very pleasant experience from the beginning. Ryan made it easy, kept in contact with us throughout and kept us fully informed, he also backed this up with very good after sales service. Great service. Very helpful and I would highly recommend. First time buying a car from them and they made it simple straightforward and no fuss. Just what you need from a company. Also received a follow up call with help and an offer to assist in setting up Bluetooth and other issues. They didn’t have to do that and it’s little things like that that make all the difference.

I am not normally the type of person to write reviews but i truly believe Arrow deserve my time. I have lost track of the number of cars i have purchased over the years but Arrow blows the socks off all of the garages i have previously dealt with.
Ryan stayed late to meet us because of our work commitments, no pressure, friendly and very knowledgeable. Superb stock of vehicles all presented immaculately and priced sensibly.
I recommend anyone to give Ryan a call, you will not be disappointed. Guaranteed.

This is the second time we have used Arrow Motor Co. and once again we were really pleased with the service from start to finish.
Friendly and honest service is not something you would normally associate with car salesmen (well not in my experience!) but Ryan is great; he talks through everything openly, is happy to answer questions and work towards the best possible deal for all involved.
We have and will continue to recommend to others and will be back again in the future.

We recently bought a Toyota C-HR from Arrow Motor Company. Having dealt with Main Dealers for the last twenty years we were a little sceptical buying from Arrow. Our worries were unfounded as we found the service we got from Ryan extremely good, better than Main Dealers. He cannot do enough to satisfy his customers. We would certainly buy from him again.

Telephone booking was excellent. On arrival, we were shown around the vehicle and all our questions were answered. We even managed a test drive. On purchasing the vehicle, all our paperwork was promptly sorted and a follow up call to check that everything was good. This small company is the best garage I have had experience with buying a car from.

After almost a year of looking for my dream Leon Cupra I found just that purely by chance at Arrow Motor Company and could not believe my eyes. The car had just arrived the night before I viewed it and Ryan never hesitated in letting me take it out for a test drive.. several times! Price was very, very good and part exchange was generous. The experience was a pleasure and effortless from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and not once pushy unlike a lot of other dealers. Picked it up a few days later after a brilliant effort in preparing the car for me, and I could not be happier, it’s an absolute riot and epic fun to drive. A great company the team at Arrow are friendly helpful and efficient. I asked The team to look for a car and she had one that fitted my requirements within days.

From the initial conversation with Ryan discussing what I was looking for the service was excellent. It made buying a new car stress-free and an enjoyable experience. Every question I had was answered straight away and help was given through every step of my purchase. Ryan also checked that everything was OK and offered to answer any questions I had after a few days of having my car. There was no pressure at all throughout our experience and I would highly recommend Arrow Motor Company to family and friends.

Wow, from the initial first phone call showing interest in a advertised vehicle the attention to detail from this professional knowledgeable team was second to none.
This was the first experience of potentially purchasing a vehicle on the click and collect option due to COVID-19 lockdown and wow what can I say, the team guided me through the process making the experience feel as normal as possible. Every question and query was answered via email or phone call in a remarkable time frame.
