It’s been a month and my parcel hasn’t been shipped and Ive had no replies to my emails.

The necklace is absolutely stunning and such good quality

The hoodie came out so nice, got it for a friend as a present and she loved it, would recommend.

Made a order 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Contacted customer service several times over the weeks and haven’t had a reply. Don’t know where my order is or how to get a refund.

At first I was easily in touch with the owner. But later no more news. Nothing to know where my order is. But I got the mail to reassure me after 3 weeks.
That’s why I put 3 stars.
Once I get my order I’ll give the others if needed

I ordered two necklaces and only got one. Been trying to reach out the seller but no response from there as well. Very disappointed

The engraving inside was crooked, the necklace had some weird stain on the silver part so it kind of ruined the overall look which is unfortunate because if I paid proper money for this, I would’ve liked to see a proper product (especially as I intended to gift it as a present)

very nice, i ordered bangles, but they were not packaged well and not protected so they came deformed
