very long to send and does not reply to emails or instagram messages

I placed my order over a month ago and have since received no tracking number or any sort of information about when it would be sent out. I appreciate that Christmas & New Year are busy times but I was not told this by the company. I am very disappointed with the service as I have just been met with silence wondering whether I have lost my money or if my order will actually arrive. In future I will be taking my business elsewhere and urge others to do the same as emails are also not answered when people were asking what was taking so long with their orders.

Do not order. I haven’t received my order even after contacting them by email you just get blanked.

I have not received my item even though the company had advertised that it will be with me after 4-6 weeks. No communication, really bad service. Never again using this company.

The engraving wasnt in the middle and the packaging is just simple in a bubble bag if the engraving was in the middle I would’ve given it 5 stars tbh im disappointed

Placed an order of two items on 12/12/21 and have still not received it. Sent numerous emails, texts, DM’s and posted comments on every one of their platforms but no response. They’re still updating their social media but not replying to any customers. Please avoid this company at all costs, you will not receive your order. There are so many people in the same position. I have reported them to trading standards and am in the process of pursuing legal action.

Not a trustworthy company. Placed order on the 13th November. Several attempts made to contact trader, however no response. However trader has put a status up to say they are in Pakistan. Knowing that they have orders and taken customers money without providing a service. She has done this to many people you just need to look at her reviews on tiktok and Instagram to how she has scammed so many people. It's shocking how she's still trading, taking peoples money and not giving them the item.. if you read the other views no one has received their order, some people have been waiting for 4 months. She shouldn't be trading if she couldn't provide. She doesn't even respond to any emails you send. Even goes against her own company rules we will respond with 24-48hrs. She's avoided alot off people, if it was a trustworthy business she would be providing her customers a tracking number but she hasn't even done that. Alot of her customers are still waiting to hear back from emails sent weeks ago haven't been responded too. If the orders are delayed it's common sense to let your customers know, or email them. I'm shocked by the lack of service she has provided. Best to avoid this type of company...her Instagram and tiktok reviews says it all.

I received one of the necklaces with a scratch next to one of the letters and the chain on the other was turning brown instead of gold not to mention the delivery delays and poor communication with the owner never replies to her emails

I purchased the hidden name necklace for a friend and it broke on its own a couple hours after wearing it. No one’s replied to my message about it either since the beginning of December. So disappointing, wouldn’t recommend.

The necklace came really fast. I’m in California and I got the necklace in less than 20 days. I wasn’t expecting it for at least over a month. Quality is great as well. Will definitely order again.

I’ve ordered the keychain from them a month back I’ve yet to receive any info of where or how long it will be to be delivered. I’ve emailed them twice and tried to dm them on insta but they have not responded to any. It really sucks since I paid a lot for one item. Please do not order from here it’s not worth it. Absolute horrible service. It’s been over a month since i ordered my item and haven’t received it still. Let’s not even start on the terrible customer service, doesn’t even respond to you when u message. I most definitely do not recommend buying from here and will be getting my money back. Do not order from this company I placed order on the 13th Nov, still not received my item. I have sent message on Instagram and email. Getting no response. I really dont know how some people can sleep at night by doing this. Happy to take customers money and not provide the goods. Awful customer service. Purchased a necklace in august still not received it. They responded to the first email of me chasing up on where it was as I had received notification from Hermes that they’re expecting it. They said they’ll check with Hermes and let me know. Have not heard anything since after sending multiple emails. Decided to support a small business but the service was appalling.
