Wonderful customer service
I am very grateful and applaud the wonderful customer service that I received from Arthritis Supports/RehaCare for my order of an elbow brace. The lovely staff member who took my phone calls went above and beyond (unfortunately I have forgotten her name as it was an uncommon name). I made a click and collect order and had enquired at the time of order when I was able to collect the item. The staff member was extremely helpful, explained the process and advised that the item could be picked up that afternoon and gave me detailed instruction. As I was unwell I didnt pick up the item as expected on the day nor the following day, so I received a call from the staff member to check up on me. Additionally, upon the day I went to pick up my order, I realised I would arrive 5 minutes late after closing time as I misjudged the traffic, and then I didn't locate the right building! but with a phone call, the lovely staff member was reassuring and kind and actually came out of the building to help locate me and brought up my item all with a smile. The level of customer service is outstanding which we very rarely see these days. The wonderful staff member certainly is an asset to the company and for future purchases of medical items, I will shop from RehaCare.
