I bought some buxus balls . They are beautiful . Very real looking . Some you can get elsewhere look cheap .
Also the after sales is amazing , a lovely lady called Heidi

I bought a Fiddle Fig Tree from Artificial Elegance - initially there was an issue with the packaging / delivery of my tree. I was kept informed at every stage of the process to resolve the situation. The end result is that I have a stunning looking tree in my family room which was delivered within 10 days, inclusive of the time taken to resolve my original issue. Would recommend for the quality of product and for the level of Customer Service I received!

Good service and quality at reasonable price

The orchids are amazing! We now have two and just gave a 3rd as a 90th birthday present. We'll take these over "real" plants any day, you literally can't tell the difference! Worth every penny. And the service is outstanding, personal and responsive.

The fake flowers are very fake.

The poor thing came faced down resting on a Styrofoam cube, looking downwards in the box.
The design is lovely, but it does smell. It smells like an old lady's house, the stuff they put in their wardrobe to keep the moths away.
The quality is not great. For a £100 I have expected better, much better. I'm sorry to say but it is nowhere near 'top-notch' as advertised on the website. I have fallen for the 'quality is prioritised' and 'quality is key' marketing. I should have gone with a less expensive option because the fern leaves look nothing like quality. The paint is not even and also peeling/flaking on most ferns leaves.

The product is as described, so real to the eye and each orchid feels to the touch, positively alive. Delighted with our purchase.

Excellent product, excellent service fast delivery...what's np to like?

Prior to ordering from Artificial Elegance, I had had to send a fake plant back to a different company, whose product was horribly 'plasticy' and fake looking. (Its not so easy to tell from a website picture).
So with a little trepidation I ordered a fake olive tree from Artificial Elegance. However, I need not have worried. On opening the box it was immediately apparent that this was a top quality product. I can honestly say it was the most realistic fake plant I had ever seen! The quality is absolutely superb. We are totally thrilled with it. And Artificial Elegance is the only company I would go back to for any future fake plants.

My mother in law loves orchids but is in a nursing home. She requested an artificial orchid so it would be in flower all year. She is very happy with the orchid we send, she says it is beautiful. Also the customer service is excellent, great communication, fast delivery, good website. I would definitely purchase again.

Ordered the artificial bamboo. First time ordering from Artificial Elegance and they were great. Bamboo arrived very quickly was well packaged and is good quality looks quite real now it’s in place.

Will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a white orchid in a grey stone like pot. It was delivered promptly and packaged really carefully. It's beautiful and so real looking to both the eye and touch.
