Artificial Turf Supply Opiniões

I was given several samples to chose from. The sales staff and support was excellent. The order came on time and the delivery was seamless.
I did call for some installation advise after watching the helpful video's and it was very helpful.
The project came out great and my dog loves it!. It's his "area" and we have never been able to grow grass there.

Steve was spot on with everything time price quality cleanliness all around great experience

Some of the product is flattened and looks different than the rest of the turf. Most of the turf looks very good. Product was shipped quickly to the installer.

Update, no one has reached out as I was told in the response. The turf area looks worse now with no walking or activity on that area. Its flat.

Very easy to order. Helpful with all my questions. Easy pick up since there was a local warehouse.

Good quality, Good service

Loved the product! Hated the shipping cost but I know that’s out of y’alls hands.

Great communication from start to finish. I had Matt as my sales rep and he was thorough, followed up, answered all questions, prompt and great! Turf is high quality, looks very real as well. Very excited to be working with this company moving forward for artificial turf installations.

First, communication between those involved in the process was poor. Communication between the customer and the company wasn't established. Poor planning and installation of the product. No service follow up. Poor experience

Timing, pricing, quality costumer service

Artificial turf supply has been a great company to work with. Their communication and product both are great.

It was not delivered on time. Once delivered and installed I’m noticing a lot of the grass is falling out.

Great experience and help from company representative on which turf that I should get for my application.

I bought artificial turf for pickle ball courts to cover over existing tennis courts and was told how much success they have had with it ,the turf was installed as they directed from their installer and top dressed with sand ,the ball does not bounce no matter how much sand you add or compact. I have requested for for one reference that have been installed, I haven’t gotten one, artificial turf is not pickle ball

Great price, excellent support and customer service!!!

Great salesman Great product fast delivery

From talking with Kyle in the beginning to picking it up at the warehouse everyone went above and beyond to be helpful. Will definitely recommend you . Thanks again John P

My contact person was Raul Romero. He was exceptionally and professional. He was accessible and answered all my questions and concerns. The products arrived in great condition and in a timely manner.

I live in Florida where the grass is always green, but also has problems with unwatering, overwatering, all sorts of pests and fungus, etc. After living with this problem and resodding at least 3 times, we made the choice in our backyard to put down turf. We could NOT be happier! I feel evrey day like I am living in a resort and my dogs love the grass. One of my dogs has never in 6 years laid on the grass - she does now. Thanks for the great product !!
