I PLACE A ORDER ON MARCH 3 AND WAS NOT TOLD THAT ITEM WAS NOT AVAILIBLE. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE ITEM. I CALLED AND CANCELED BUT FELT REALLY ISOLATED ON A VERY UNAPOLOGETIC WHEN WANTED TO KNOW WHEN MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED. NOT MY FAULT ITEM WAS NOT AVAILBLE.

Great service

Everything was great except we were short one piece of play pad. I did the math, and I think we should have gotten 52 pieces instead of 51. I think the pieces either shrink or aren't all cut the exact correct dimension, so we had an extra 24 sq. ft. that needed the play pad.
