Awful customer service. Item finally arrived and is indeed NOT the size I ordered after measuring it to what their size chart is.

Will not allow a return nor a refund.

Another Chinese firm ripping off the west/ £67 up in smoke! Jacket was not big enough for a small boy let alone an XL male.

Avoid buying anything from them. Poor quality and they are not returning and of my emails on how I am sending to return these shoes for a refund. Paid over $50. Horrible merchandise and horrible customer service.

Found my top on AliExpress for £3.90 after paying £43 hahaha

I ordered a garment that when arrived was not as described. I contacted them by email and was sent instructions to return the garment. I followed their return instructions to the letter and sent it back to their London address in a package I insured and asked for a signature (cost £10). I received a photo of the parcel being accepted from the courier. My money was retuned to me within 3 working days. While I would not buy from them again, I will give them some credit for the way they dealt with my return.

I just ordered a cashmere jumper and then read the reviews here. Sounds like I might be receiving a load of rubbish from them.. ironically I usually check trust pilot before I buy anything online! Got sucked into the lovely pictures & Black Friday offers!

I would give Zero stars if it were an option! I so wish I’d read the “buyer beware” reviews first. I ordered a cashmere sweater in size 2XL. It did arrive in a reasonable time, but it would barely fit a child! There are no tags at all on the garment listing size, fiber content, etc. in reaching out to Artisio about the “no hassle” “money back guarantee” return policy, I was offered a 50% discount on a future item and no need to send back the sweater. When I said I want my money back, they stopped communicating. Total scam!

This is the worst business a client can ever encounter!
In fact if there’s a zero star to give this fraud & deceitful business called Artisio I would have!! They displayed on their website a coat they claimed Genuine leather whereas other sellers like AliExpress & other two sellers advertising the same exact coat with same exact pictures as Faux leather for quater even less than quarter of the price they stole from me!
After realizing this fact I immediately reached out to Artisio customer service by calling them several times within half hour of making this purchase but no response even the overall contact didn’t seem legit, so I sent them couple of emails within an hour of this purchase to cancel the purchase & refund me the $232 ( noting that AliExpress was selling it for only $42 & another two sellers for $74 & $92) but the response I received from them after 45 min of sending my two back to back emails that they cannot cancel the order then followed by another email that the order will be soon processed!! So despite my urgent emails & request for cancellation & revealing their fraudulent action in claiming that the coat I purchased from them has the description as genuine leather & selling it for the cost of quadruple the price of other sellers, still they neglected all my emails & didn’t apologize or cancel, instead they still want to process the order ( which is Not yet even processed but did not wsnt to cancel)! Very very frustrating & extremely disappointing!!

The shirt was a terrible purchase. It looks nothing like the photo advertised – the colors are completely different and much duller in person. The quality also leaves a lot to be desired. Don’t waste your money on this!

Worst clothing. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! Took 3 weeks to get my coat and it doesn't fit. They refuse to refund. Don't waste your money!

My wife did something really stupid, she didn’t read the Artisio reviews and as such she has wasted $200 on shit clothing which is nothing like the quality of the articles they advertised. There isn’t even labels on the items. Once I was shown the clothing I have read how other customers have unsuccessfully tried to get refunds so we aren’t even going to waste out time and will just write it off as an expensive lesson.
Please do yourselves a favour and not only read the reviews but DONT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS.

A scam. The shipping took triple the time they said it would. The clothes were way too small and would not assist with a return. Do not trust this site.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I asked to return the items and have a refund and they offered me a 30% refund. Luckily I purchased with AMEX so they are dealing with getting a refund now.

I wish I had looked the reviews up before buying. I concur with all of them! Do not buy!! Ordered a large it’s absolutely tiny! Sizing of length and arms all over the shop. They’re saying to send it back at my own cost, that I’ll have to track it. Supposedly London based company. But delivered from China, probably is a scam. DO NOT BUY ON INSTAGRAM!! I’m trying to get a full refund but have a feeling I won’t ever see my money again!

The item looked like it did online but the size is extra small and I ordered a XL for men. Haven't heard anything back from the seller. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS! ALERT! SCAMMERS! I wasted 90 bucks and no one will answer my calls or emails.

Why is there not an option for a zero rating?
Cheap looking and inferior, certainly not ‘casual luxury’ as claimed.
