SCAM!! This company is a rip off - they sent me the wrong product and then made it impossible to get a refund. Horrible customer service. Product quality is the worst. Do not buy from this company.

Cybercriminals, I ordered a cashmere jumper, I received an unbranded, low quality polyester/elastane item that bears no resemblance to the item advertised. I am out of pocket by approx. 55 euro after weeks of trying to get a refund. Avoid this business.

I requested a refund instantly after I placed the order. It says in their Ts and Cs that you could request a refund 30 minutes after ordering and this would be processed in 3-5 working days. My request was clearly ignored and I got an email three days later saying my item had been posted. Very poor customer service. What they say on their website is not lived out. Don't trust them. It seems an absolute fraud. Be very careful.

Ordered 3 sweaters. After reading reviews I was scared to see how my items would arrive. Good quality sweaters arrived. Look exactly like the picture, they do run a little small, so size up or you may be upset. Luckily my sweaters did fit my husband perfectly. I'm not sure I will order again because of all the negative reviews. Seems like hit and miss with quality and products.

I'm only giving this company 1 Star because zero isn't an option. I placed my order and received a confirmation email. That's the last time I heard from them until I complained to their "Customer Support". I quickly received a form email in return. Nothing since. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Complete rip off.

I ordered a black coat which looked very much like what I was seeking - stylish, good fit and reasonably-priced. Yes, it was massively discounted so it seems unlikely the original price is any ongoing/continuous retail price but I can't fault the quality or price for that quality. Delivery was reasonable considering it seemed to be shipped across the States (not sure where it originated from). Took a week or two to arrive but I'm not usually in a rush.
The jacket looks good and fits perfectly. I'm usually a medium and occasionally large (height: 5'11 with 40-42 inch chest, a larger than average-build) - I like a reasonably snug fit and a medium here fits perfectly with a layer or two for Winter underneath.

Total scam, product nothing like pictures or description. Awful quality and ridiculous sizing.

I bought a jumper £43 advertised as Cashmere when it turned up it was polyester. Customer Service were prompt in replying and gave me immediate information to return or exchange after returning the item recorded delivery for extra £5 I have received no refund!!! And no reply to my email which included copies of the postal receipts I almost gave 2 stars as they did reply quickly in the beginning but at the end of the day they have taken my money for nothing in return.

First time ordering from this company- thought it was legit. The website is very legit, be careful. Our package arrived today. Ordered a coat large received XL. Ordered another coat- immediately when I took coat out of package I knew it was too small for my husband. The size label was cut off. I ordered a large, I’m sure it’s a medium. He cannot wear either coat. Should have looked at reviews before I placed order. Thought the company was legit. So down the drain $204.00. Saw reviews where people had a hassle returning or customer service contact- don’t want to deal with it and have to wait for a refund that might come or maybe not. Learn from my error- this is unethical. 2024 this shouldn’t be occurring. Unfortunate learning experience.

sent email immediately requesting a return, items look cheap, doesn't appear the same online quality, took weeks before someone finally responded, asked me to upload a video of the items I'm wanting to return, so I did, I get a response a week later telling me that all sale items are final, no where on the website did it say that, and whats more insulting wasting my time to have me upload the video of the items to get back to me 1 week later to say I can't return the items. I am out of $156 I will never purchase from this website every again, buyers be aware, cloths online look better than what you actually receive, very very cheap, teachable moment going forward I will google these off brand websites, I've read reviews after the fact wish I would have google the website to see the reviews prior, again teachable moment

Pure scam. Both “cashmere” sweaters are fakes. One even is labeled “ polyester and spandex”.

This is a scam website. I ordered and paid for a cashmere sweater in size large as a Christmas present. What finally arrived from China was a tiny child-sized polyester garment that looks nothing like what I ordered and might just fit an 8yr old. Total waste of almost €60. DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

This place is a scam do not order from here I ordered 150 jacket leather bomber jacket I have T shirts that are thicker than this zipper broke first time trying on the jacket save your money DO NOT ORDER FROM ARTISIO it’s a joke

Don't buy from this company: they have no customer service, difficult to communicate. Quality is bad. They set polyester instead of cashmere (as it was advertised).

I ordered the Brunello Pacciano shoes. I sent them the proper size and got shoes a size larger. Aside from that, the quality sucked. The sides and back of the shoe are too thin and flimsy. There is basically no form or support in the shoes. Buyer Beware!!!

This is a very strong warning to you. Do NOT buy from Artisio under ANY circumstances

The Reasons:

1. They will send you very cheap imitations of what you think you are buying (e.g. 100% synthetic rather than 100% cashmere wool detailed on their website) and therefore they knowingly ship goods which are not the same as they advertise and which are against the trades description act. They know they are doing this but continue the sham on innocent purchasers.
2. They go very very quiet when you request a refund.
3. Unless you are firm or threaten them with lodging a claim through the UK Citizens Advice Bureau for fraudulent activity and also with the Financial Conduct Authority for getting your money back, they will not respond to any email requests for a refund. Their telephone contact is based in Albania (not a UK free service) and there is no answer when rung.
4. Their returns address is just a serviced office (shared with many other companies) in London, not a warehouse facility so this should ring alarm bells to you.
5. It is only because of threatened litigation against Artisio and also sending an email to the serviced office building provider in London where Artisio have paid for a mail collection point asking them to get Artisio to contact me that I believe they made contact and finally granted me a refund
6. Beware you will NOT be refunded your initial postage paid on making the order and neither will you be refunded the cost of returning the goods to the London returns address even though it is entirely their fault for shipping goods which are fake and not as described on their site. Secondly, if you do manage to get their permission to send good(s) back they require you to return the package under a ‘tracked’ service which is expensive. If you don’t, they are likely to say they never received the goods. This is another way of making the poor customer feel it’s ’all too difficult’ to bother to go through the ordeal.
7. It’s incredibly painstaking and aggravating to get any response from them.
8. They prey on the fact that they ship fake goods and then make it exceptionally hard (including not answering numerous chaser emails from the customer) to try and get your money back

Artisio should NOT be allowed to operate, they are deceitful and dishonest and their operation is a complete SHAM.

Do not order anything from artistically because everything is very small. I received an xxl that looks like it will fit an 8 year old. Items pictured are not as described. This company needs to be banned from selling to the United States of America.

The company is advertising premium quality items (with pictures to match) but are actually supplying cheap poorly made items that are "similar" to those advertised. This is a scam website, please don't waste your money.

Do not buy from this company. It’s a big scam. Items look lovely on Instagram but they come very different or not at all. My shirt is still in China ! I expect it will be crap if it ever arrives

Aviator “leather” jacket I bought for my daughter nothing like advertised. Terrible fit. No info how to return or get my money back. Wish I’d seen the reviews. £139 down the drain. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
