Order placed in October

Order placed in October, after 2 months still not receive the item.

Email sent, no one reply.

Hopeless Customer service.

Would like to ask for refund.

Customer service does not exist

I placed an order and then realised within a few hours that I hadn't measured correctly and needed to cancel. I have sent 6 separate emails and also tried to contact them on Instagram. The only contact details they provide is an email addres and you cannot get a reply to anything from them. After several weeks they've decided to ship the artwork to me, despite all of the requests to cancel the order. Appalling customer service and I'll now be forced to dispute the payment with my card issuer.

Artisterial - no support or refund. Stay away..

We purchased a painting and when we received it, we realized it doesn't look as good as the image on the website. We have been chasing the Artisterial team to exercise our return and refund option for two weeks now. Artisterial simply ignore all emails/FB messages.
I suggest avoiding buying from this supplier.

Where is my order?

I'm have placed my order on October 31st and haven't received it yet (December 7th). I have tried to contact the company that says the costumer service is 24/7 by email 3x and never received a reply. I really wish to get my artwork, however it looks like I will need to find a way to get my refund. What a disappointment!

⚠️ IT'S A SCAM ⚠️

I paid for art 2 months now,they ignored my communication and I have lost $459.
Reviews are fakes for sure.
Please don't lose your money. After One Month of waiting on 9th November 2021 Michelle sent me an email saying tomorrow we will ship your art work today is 5th December 2021 nothing was sent. Ever since my emails are ignored.
Definitely a scam!!!! Watch out.

Betrugsmasche

Betrugsmasche! Ware wird nie verschickt - auf E-Mails wird nicht mehr geantwortet und das Geld kann nicht zurückgefordert werden.
Wenn man sich die Website in der Tiefe anschaut, dann sieht man sehr bald das nur ein Template befüllt wurde und an vielen Stellen nicht mal der Platzhaltertext gelöscht wurde. Somit leider 400EUR verloren!!

Foolishly I didn't do due-dilligence on this company prior to ordering several pieces from them at a cost of approx £1,800. Have since seen several other people have experienced the same thing. I cancelled my order with them the same day and after sending mulktiple emails, I have heard nothing back from them at all... I am sure they will reply here with the same cut and paste message blaming it on being really busy but you get zero response from info@artist****.com

Obviously paying for good and average reviews to dampen out the people they have scammed..

Still no reply from anyone at your company in over 48 hours, so I am thinking your company is a complete scam and you have stolen my money.

I have the right to withdrawal from this purchase and have cancelled this order so please acknowledge the cancellation and refund my card.

I will be posting this whole email thread online if I do not hear back from you by this time tomorrow.

Wrong item received, zero email response

I ordered a set of 2 gold framed art prints. I received one gold and one black. I have emailed several times with no response, have tried to contact via instagram several times and received one reply to contact via email with no follow up. It has been over one month and i just want my artwork to be swapped with the correct frame

the piece was supposed to arrive in 5-8…

the piece was supposed to arrive in 5-8 days and instead it was 15+ days. Never received a tracking#. Also, I was told the piece would be done at a custom size, and then received it and it was the wrong size after waiting all that time! Sent an email about this whole disappointing experience and asked for assistance to make it right, and heard nothing back. Brutal.

I still haven’t gotten my money back

I have a bad esperience with…

I have a bad esperience with Artisterial.  I've ordered my pictures on second november and today I'm still waiting for them. I've wrote 2 email last days without feedback.
