I couldn't be happier with my experience. I ordered custom coasters commemorating a trip to Alaska, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. The company also provides outstanding customer service; when I needed help with a sizing issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it. The quality and service are so impressive that I've referred two family members and will certainly be a repeat customer.

I was unable to make a payment while…
I was unable to make a payment while placing an order for a gift card online so had to contact by phone. This took several attempts as the mailbox was full. I was not satisfied with what I ended up with as a 'gift card' and the trouble it was to make a payment.

We were sorry to hear that your recent experience with purchasing a gift card didn’t meet your expectations, Nancy. You reached out to us on December 19th after having difficulty processing your payment online, and we understand how frustrating that must have been—especially during the busy holiday season.
To help complete your request, we manually created an order so you could pay securely by e-transfer or credit card. Once the order was placed and paid for on December 24th, your electronic gift card, as outlined on our website, was emailed with instructions on how to redeem it.
While we did our best to help, we clearly didn’t deliver the smooth experience we strive for. If you have any suggestions or feedback to help us improve, we’d welcome your input at info@artonstone.com. We appreciate your support and hope we can provide a better experience in the future.
Beautiful work
I am so pleased with our order. We wanted another piece of artwork made by Art On Stone to accompany a gift previously given to us. It was fun to be able to use our own photograph and have it printed on the stone. The image used had stone in it so I wasn't sure how it would turn out but it looks great.

Absolutely stunning…
These are unlike any other photo stone coasters I have ever seen. It seems as though the photo ink is embedded into the stone. They were absolutely stunning. I purchased these as a gift for my husband’s boss and he absolutely loved them. Delivery was quick and they made for a very unique Christmas gift.
