We understand that receiving multiple deliveries can be a little inconvenient. However, as a print-on-demand manufacturer, our products are often produced using different methods and equipment, sometimes in separate production areas. This means items may be dispatched individually to ensure they’re handled efficiently and reach you as quickly as possible.
We do our best to minimise multiple shipments where we can, but on occasion it’s necessary to maintain the high standards and quick turnaround we’re known for. All of our packaging is either recycled or recyclable, and we continue to review ways to reduce waste and consolidate orders where possible.

We’re very disappointed to read this review, particularly given the amount of time our team spent assisting you directly. We spoke with you at length by phone and even went above and beyond by helping you create print-ready artwork free of charge, something we do not normally offer to customers. Despite this, you chose to place your order with a competitor, explaining that they offered a product range we did not. However, that statement is simply untrue, as the competitor you used actually outsourced the fulfilment of your order to us.
This makes your review both inaccurate and disingenuous. The issue you’ve described was not a production fault but rather an artwork formatting error. The file you supplied was not correctly prepared to meet print-ready specifications, which caused the cropping you mentioned.
As clearly stated on our website, we do not alter or adjust customer artwork files under any circumstances. All orders are printed exactly as supplied. To ensure the best results, we provide a wide range of templates, guides, and tutorials to help customers correctly format their artwork before ordering, all of which you chose not to utilise.
It’s disheartening that, after the extra support and goodwill we extended to help you, you have chosen to twist the situation publicly. Reviews are very important to us, and it’s so disappointing that no positive feedback was ever left following the free assistance we provided you out of goodwill.
We feel this one-star review is unfair and misleading, as the situation relates entirely to the preparation of your artwork rather than any production or customer service failure.

Better than expected
I ordered my chopping board to check the quality of the product and I was blown away at how good it came out.
The only gripe I would say is it is a little complex to get the sizing right, especially if you are going to be using this as a POD product which I am for my website.
Other than that I am a very happy customer indeed

Good product, questionable packaging
My print that I ordered was sent swiftly and looked exactly as promised. My only issue is that it was in a large box that could get crushed and the print didn’t have any solid protection thus, it got a bit bent which is obviously not ideal if I’m selling it.
