It was a very tight turnaround project, and Artsy Packaging delivered by personalising, producing, and dispatching the boxes within our deadline. We were working to a two to three week lead time for 500 boxes. Communication was excellent throughout, and the design sign off process was particularly helpful, with a render provided for review.

Third time using Artsy Packaging
I've used Artsy packaging three times now. The first time for boxes and envelopes which were great, the second time for bags which I have to say were not good quality at all. However, once it was brought to Ali's attention he immediately provided a free return label and full refund for the order, and personally went to examine the bags. He agreed the quality was not up to their standards at all and offered to redo them, but by then I already had another company working on them. Sometimes things go wrong and it's how the problem is handled that counts! Because the customer service was truly some of the best I have experienced, I decided to try Artsy again for soft touch A6 wallets. I specifically requested they make sure the colour matches the boxes they had previously made. Needless to say they absolutely delivered what I had hoped for and I will be back for all of my printing needs in the future. I've already recommended them to other people.

I am delighted with my bespoke product boxes. I dealt with James who was very helpful and patient. The design team made some tweaks to my design which were gratefully received.
A really good price as well. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great problem solving and customer service
Artsy have been really helpful and come up with some great solutions when our product required not so straightforward packaging. We’ve had excellent service from James and even when there’s been the odd issue it been resolved quickly.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback, I have reviewed your points and hope the below explanation will be helpful.
The delivery of the boxes was delayed by DHL, my colleague has already provided you proof regarding this from the DHL tracking system and also detailed proof obtained from DHL including emails.
DHL also showed that a delivery was attempted on Saturday 10-05-2025(Including their GPS tracking position for the delivery vehicle).
The delivery was agreed on 09-05-2025, so the delay was only one day. However, my colleague has already issued a full refund of the expedited production charges.
In terms of the measurement of the boxes, I can confirm that the boxes have been made in exact dimensions as per the design proof approved by you.
Lastly, we have not blocked your number and have logs of your telephone conversations with my colleague Oliver and Daniel.
I do apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay in delivery, however any delays caused by our delivery partners are beyond our control.

Brilliant result
I ordered retail display boxes for our chocolate bars and they came out really good. The printing looks very sharp, the colours are vibrant, all the sizing is accurate.
We have opted for brown kraft cardboard and the team added white ink at no extra cost to make the colours more vivid. Really pleased, big thank you to Artsy Packaging.
