Needed someone to make me some custom branded Easter egg boxes for my business so I contacted rob and found the whole process very satisfying. Received impressive design of how the boxes would look, paid my invoice, received full order within 10 days. Will definitely use again

I was initially skeptical after reading the reviews, so I called and spoke with Rob, who guided me through the project and made me feel at ease. Rob was fantastic with communication, consistently sending emails and calling when I hadn’t responded. He provided 3D designs of my boxes, and it was never an issue when I wanted to make amendments. I received my boxes today—1500 in total, across four different sizes—and I couldn't be happier. The quality is incredible. This process might have been quicker if I hadn’t had my doubts, but overall, it took about a month. I highly recommend their services and am about to use them again, this time for bespoke paper bags.

Rob was extremely helpful, quick at replying to queries, his knowledge on the materials was invaluable. I am very impressed with the prices and services of this company.

Avoid at All Costs – Unreliable, Dishonest, and Completely Unprofessional

Working with Print Custom Boxes has been one of the worst supplier experiences we've ever had. As a business owner, I rarely leave reviews, but this level of incompetence and dishonesty needs to be publicly called out.

We placed a large, time-sensitive order and not only did it arrive over two weeks late, but it was also missing over 500 box sleeves. That’s not a small oversight — it’s a massive failure to fulfil the order. To make matters worse, they promised a shipping refund due to the delay and never followed through. Weeks have passed with zero resolution.

When we raised these concerns, their responses were full of excuses and vague explanations that didn’t line up with the facts. We've triple-checked every sleeve received — the missing quantity is real. And yet, no accountability, no urgency, and no refund.

We’ve had to escalate this to our bank and are now filing a chargeback to recover the money they took without delivering the agreed quantity.

This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent in how they operate. If you’re a business owner looking for packaging solutions, do yourself a favour and stay far away from Print Custom Boxes. They’ll waste your time, your money, and damage your operations.

I strongly recommend Packaging Consultant - PCB for your printing needs. Their professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. We received our delivery ahead of schedule, and the quality surpassed our expectations, all at a competitive price. Thank you, Rob, for a job well done!

When I submitted our artwork, they notice some errors and were helpful in correcting and adjusting.
Card stock is great, print quality great and clean, sharp cutting.
Will use again and again.

I’m a little shocked by the previous reviews as I have had the complete opposite experience. I am now on my third order with PrintCustomBoxes. Lovely quality boxes, my customers love them. I am very picky with sizing, designs etc so there was a lot of back and forth emails via Mike. One of my designs kept coming out blurry - I was notified and was corrected before shipping out to me (I have had previous companies send them out without checking). Overall I’m really happy to use them as my supplier for my business packaging.

Terrible communication right from the start. Stupidly, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead with the order. Having received nothing by way of communication for a few days after sending payment I decided I'd go elsewhere and asked for a refund.

2 months later, the refund hasn't materialised because of a "Russian hack" that has affected the bank account.

I will be reporting this company and I hope I'm not the only one.

When something is too good to be true, it usually is. Whoever said that, wasn't lying.

Avoid this company, spend extra money, go elsewhere but get better service, a better product and deal with a company who actually cares.

Just getting the items was hard, incorrect info given to the courier. Impossible to speak to PCB to solve this. When they did turn up, the quality was pretty inferior.

A good 10% of items sent weren't usable. It now seems that items that went out, have also failed which affects our reputation as a brand.

As I said, just go elsewhere. It might cost you more money, but it'll be worth it in the long run.

I would never ever use this company again.

If i could leave a minus review i would! absolutely disgusting the way that they talk to their customers, products are printed wrongly, are delivered late and communication is terrible. The amount of stress, time and money wasted on this company has been insane.

I have so much evidence on this company, please please please don't be scammed like many of us seem to have.

Avoid this company, it will cost you money. We placed a '4 figure' order for a client, which was never received in time, despite multiple calls (everyday) and emails, no response. Then we discover the print is done overseas. The print eventually turned up weeks late for the show, the quality was appalling. The material had been exposed to damp and was falling apart and completely unusable. The overall quality of the board/packaging was terrible. Having missed the deadline and being such terrible quality was demanded a refund but they refuse to give us one. Lost £4k+ to these people, will be taking further action. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM.

I needed something that was both a good shipping box and something to hold the items I sell. It’s so sleek and can fit anywhere from 1-3 of my items. I love that I don’t have to buy a bunch of different sized boxes. it’s the perfect size. It was so easy to assemble once I figured it out. Im shocked how sturdy it feels. I will be adding tape on it before I ship them just incase they unfold. I will definitely order another case of these boxes as these come out to less

I ordered over £300 worth of boxes which when arrived were awful quality. When I contacted them and told them I wasn't happy with the quality they refused to give me a refund or re-print my boxes the told me it was my fault and that there was nothing they can do. The 'manager' MIKE was useless and never got back to me or replied to my emails. DO NOT ORDER from here if you want good quality boxes.

Don't offer samples though good quality proofs. I put my trust in them on how the finished product would be and they didn't disappoint! Boxes look great!, thank you

Be warned, if you choose a box of a particular size, and request royal mail letterbox size, they will ignore that and send you a larger box, royal mail will then reject these and charge your customers.

The company will then measure the boxes incorrectly, buy not starting at zero, and send you that as proof.

Company management will defend their mistakes and not willing to come to a compromise for the boxes you cannot use and did not order.

Photo proof and email proof of the mistakes are ignored.

Don't waste your time or money! I ordered boxes for my business on 9 Sept and 2 months later I'm still waiting. They wouldn't refund me when they messed up the job, so I had no choice but to let them reprint. They're on the 3rd reprint because they keep messing up...IE. leaving out one side of the box and just printing the other 3. They're in Pakistan and it's hard with time differences to get good communication from them. Its just not worth it. The delay has had serious repercussions on my business.
