Customer Service is a 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I had several email communications about my order and received explanations within 1-2 days. Unfortunately the items I ordered had a production issue and I wanted them for a gift. Because I would not get them in time for the occasion I requested a cancellation and refund. This was done with no issues. I still love these felt figures and will try again in the future.

Scam -do not buy

Ordered early December but didn't ship until the 15th. Waited until after New Year to receive the item ..... Items were NOTHING like the website pictures or description!
Item is supposed to be sea glass with silver plated wire but is actually a piece of acrylic with a picture of the sea glass/silver on the back!
Extremely disappointed as these were meant to be a gift.
I contacted them and they offered a 25% refund. I countered with a full refund. After upping the offer to 45% they said that it would be on me to return to China and that they could only offer a full refund once they receive the items which "could take up to a month".
Total Scam avoid at all costs.

Dishonest scammers

I just received this so called "Sea Glass Ornament " It was supposed to be a Dog Paw in a mint color Sea Glass.
What I received was a piece of cheap plastic with a sticker paw print stuck to the plastic. You should really be ashamed of yourself for being so dishonest to people believing that are getting a custom designed original SEA GLASS DESIGN. I ACTUALLY GIVE YOU OOOOO STARS.

Prompt customer service response.

My email inquiry was responded to promptly ( the next day). Further information was requested by the merchant. Once provided, there was a fair resolution and prompt refund issued

TOTAL SCAM!

TOTAL SCAM!! Ordered 3D "sea glass" "handcrafted" ornaments on 12/10/25, supposedly from an artisan in Arizona. On 1/5/2026 (after the holidays!) I received plastic, machine-cut, junky ornaments that I could not possibly give as a gift, from China. Do NOT waste your money.

Creative Designs

On 12/6/2025 I Ordered Snowflake Sea Glass Friendship Ornament. It was beautiful just what I was looking for. The quality of their craftmanship shows lots of details in the Art Work. Because of address problems (google map was not updated). The shipper was unable to deliver the package. Very dissappointed, however because Christmas was now over, I requested a refund. On 1/8/2026 without hesitation Customer Service was very helpful, and offered a full refund. Don't hesitate in purchasing from them, I do not think you will be dissapointed.

Molly was very polite and professional

Molly was very polite and professional. She explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. She was patient and went out of her way to make things right.

As far as the product, it is sub-quality. The objects are depicted as though they are suspended inside the ornament when they are are painted very poorly on the outside. Also you are not purchasing a product made in America but one coming from China

I wrote a review that indicated the product I received was nothing like the product advertised. This hasn't changed but I want to complement the customer service dept that contacted me after my review and refunded the cost of the item to me.

Absolute fraud

Absolute fraud. The image on the site shows a 3-d item. The customer receives a thin piece of plastic printed with a dull blurry photo. Not what was promised and the “easy” return requires the customers to return the item to China. Do not buy from this company. They are thieves.

SCAM, DISREPUTABLE COMPANY

I ordered 2 handcrafted glass ornaments with cardinals and a sea-glass nativity scene ornament. What I got was 2 plastic ornament balls with a kids sticker of a cardinal pasted on the plastic. The sea glass ornament was a picture of a sea glass nativity printed on a piece of plastic. They advertised that these ornaments were handcrafted by an artisan in Arizona. What I received were plastic knock-off ornaments from China. After contacting them several times for a refund, they refused a full refund unless I returned the shipment to a factory in China with me assuming shipping costs. They were to be Christmas gifts, ordered December 2nd, received December 27th.

1/7/26 After informing them that I had posted a negative review, they all of a sudden were willing to refund my purchase if I would delete my reviews. That shouldn't be the reason for them to offer to refund money for poor quality items that were misrepresented on their website. Lesson learned, I will only order online from reputable, known companies in the future.

Definitely NOT sea glass!

I ordered on November 30 and didn't receive until December 31. The ornament was supposed to be made out of sea glass. It definitely WAS NOT. Made out of plastic or acrylic. Very disappointed. There is not even a string to hang it with.

Absolutely a scam. Products received are not sea glass at all. Cheap likeness from China. Do not order from this disreputable company! Wish I had seen feedback before ordering. Will look into disputing this charge as I’m sure anyone ordering from them will do.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Got a set of cheap plastic animal ornaments with small stickers on the outside which looked nothing like on the website. Everything seems fishy about this from difficulty tracking shipment to email addresses that don't connect to the same company to the hyperlink sent to us in an email that does not go to the real artverastudio site. Will be disputing.
Olivia did offer a refund but only if I changed or deleted my bad review. I chose not to accept the refund under those circumstances and hopefully, it will help others to keep from wasting their money.

Misleading--Not as advertised.

I did not receive what was expected or advertised. The ad is misleading. I expected 3-dimensional Christmas tree ornaments, not flat stamped-out pieces of cardboard or plastic.

Best customer service possible!

My order had been delivered to an old address. My mistake, I did not double check the information.

I contacted the company to reroute the delivery, but realized the error too late.

Mia contacted me promptly to recheck the correct address. Without hesitation, a new order was sent to me for only the cost of shipping.

I explained it was my error and would pay for the complete order. Mia insisted I pay only shipping.

Best customer service I have experienced in many years!
