I had to contact the company with a question. They not only contacted me back right away, they sent another email after it had been delivered to make sure everything was good! Only negative is I wish I had bought the bigger size!

Not as advertised.

Not only did it take forever to get (came from china), but it’s not at all as advertised. Thought I was getting 3D figurines, but ended up with a 2D picture on sticker paper stuck to plastic. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Great customer service!

I’m really happily surprised by their customer service. There was a problem with my order delivery. I reached out but was doubtful of how it would be handled. They were great about offering to send me a replacement. Thank you so much!

My original review was 1*

(EDIT) I would still NOT recommend this company.

The original Facebook ad misrepresented the product they were selling (the Highland Cows Advent calendar). I sent an email to "customer care" who offered a 20 percent refund, or ship the product back for a full refund (to China for 3x what I originally paid). My daughter and I were VERY disappointed.

After I posted a 1* review here, we did get a satisfactory response and a full refund. I appreciate them trying to make it right, but this was a horrible experience. Avoid this company and all its clones at all costs.

Scam alert!!

This company if you can call it that, is a ripoff. I placed an order, received order confirmation, and weeks later received notice that my purchase was shipped.
I have attempted to contact anyone numerous times but got crickets. DONT WASTE YOU TIME.

Ok this will be my last attempt to contact you miss Olivia. I see that you said in my last review that you returned my money in December..that is a lie. Why would you even lie about that??? So you say a few days after I placed my order you refunded me my money? That dosen't make much since. So a few days after I ordered you for whatever reason returned my money you say..lies lies lies. I really hope Karma finds you one day for all the lies you tell. A real company that respects their costumers would NEVER do this. That gift was a christmas gift to someone who isn't alive anymore, that was my last gift to them...a gift they never got. KARMA KARMA will due you justice in time. This so called company is a SCAM.

SCAM ALERT

This is a scam. I never received my product. I paid for the faster delivery and it has been over a month. I have emailed twice with no response. I cannot get the tracking number to work. On the website when trying to track the package there is always a “fail” when trying to verify my tracking. I am always lead to purchase an app to track my package. I ordered a "glass ornament" on December 13, 2025. The charge went thru my card on December 15,2025. I received my "plastic ornament" with a picture of a hummingbird in it on January 12, 2026. I had to send 3 emails. I did get a response each time with empty promises. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I had read all of the BAD reviews, I would not have ordered from them. BE AWARE!!!!

Ornaments - Very poor representation - Horrible Quality

6 Crystal / Glass ornaments ordered with 3-D birds hovering sealed inside - Received 6 super cheap plastic ornaments that were not even a good quality plastic - with a cardboard picture of a bird sloppy glued on a plastic disk, loose star glitter and sloppy glued star glitter and a cheap bendable aluminum foil as a cap to hang ornament sealed with a rough glued seam.

Total misrepresentation of a product. Email to customer service does not seem to be working. Appears to be a scam. Will be disputing this with credit card company.

Same sad experience as so many others!

Same experience as so many. Product I order (bat ornament) was NOTHING like the one pictured, which was implied to be a 3-D "realistic" bat. What I received was a cheap, flat piece of plastic with the image of a bat printed on/in it. NOT worth the price plus shipping! Also, it took a long time to be delivered--from Korea. I do NOT recommend this very misleading site.
