ASB were the delivery company used by the wholesaler of a ceramic dining table I ordered. They were inefficient and appear to have caused damage to the table twice. They also caused damage to a phone cable on my property with their truck.

I ordered the item on 11 October. On 13 Oct I received confirmation that the wholesaler had the item in stock and the delivery company, ASB, would be in touch with me directly to arrange delivery. I then heard nothing from ASB for a full week. Contacted the retailer, who advised on 20 Oct that 'ASB are collecting this from our wholesaler tomorrow and looking to deliver it to you on Friday. They will, however, book this with you directly once they have the table.' ASB then contacted me on 22 Oct saying they'd scheduled delivery on Sunday 25 Oct. I advised this was not convenient and they rescheduled for Tuesday 27 Oct. They were therefore driving around with this table in their truck for several days.

On Monday 26 Oct I received a message from them saying that due to 'some issues with your items' they would not be able to deliver the next day. I asked what the issues were but received no reply. I contacted the retailer who advised that ASB suspected due to a rattling sound that the table was damaged inside the parcel. The wholesaler had asked them to open the package and inspect it but for some reason they were not able to do this immediately but had scheduled the inspection for the next day.

The next day the retailer confirmed that ASB had inspected the table and confirmed it was broken. They would be collecting a replacement on Wednesday 28 Oct and delivering it to me on Friday 30/Saturday 31 Oct. I requested Friday 30 and ASB then confirmed this.

On Friday 30 Oct the ASB workers delivered and assembled the table (I had paid extra for assembly service at point of purchase). Whilst parking on our driveway their truck pulled down a phone cable. During assembly of the table I heard a loud crack which they clearly also heard. I saw them look for the source of the noise but they didn't say anything. I asked them about the cracking noise and they appeared not to understand the question due to a language barrier, but seemed confident there was no damage to the table. They finished assembling it and I asked them about how to extend it but they didn't know. They took pictures of the assembled table and left. Seconds later, I found a large crack all through one of the extending leaves. This was only visible from underneath the table so not immediately obvious. I wasn't able to contact ASB on any of the 3 separate numbers they had contacted me from. This took place this morning so I am still waiting for ASB or the retailer to get back to me. But it certainly appears that ASB have been responsible for damage to this table twice, once prior to delivery (although it's obviously possible the damage had occurred whilst it was still in the warehouse), once during assembly which their workers did not notice or take responsibility for.

Bence and Kamil went above and beyond to get our new couch into our house. It wouldn’t fit at first and they patiently waited as we took doors off the house to make it fit. They offered advice and was so helpful. Would definitely recommend their services. Great guys.

Absolutely disgraceful service.
Lied consistantly until finally admitting they had been lying.
Picked up sofa from warehouse,had sofa at theyre distribution centre,arranged and confirmed delivery date.
At 6pm day before delivery i was messaged to say they could not get sofa from supplier and it would not be delivered next day but some 5 days later,i had already got rid of my old sofa for next day delivery,now 6 days with no sofa.
They did have my sofa and decided at 6pm to message saying they didnt so to late to call them etc.
Very unproffessional.
What they actually did was give my delivery slot to another customer as it suited theyre route better,then lied to me about the whole scenario...
Avoid this company,they lie,they do not deliver as promised and customer service also lies...
It turns out that this is quite common practice for them..

Thomas & Leon (ABS) provided an absolutely brilliant delivery service! My building was tricky to navigate with low ceilings and narrow corridors as the sofa didn't fit into the lift. They kindly navigated it up to the 5th floor! They were gracious & incredibly quick at installing the furniture. ABS also kept me in the loop with every part of the process from pick-up to delivery times, to letting me know my sofa was enroute to me. Highly recommend

Eddy and his colleague delivered my massive hot pink sofa by pushing it up a 25ft ladder into my first floor flat. They stopped at nothing to make sure it wasn't damaged and that they could see through the job! Absolutely thrilled. They were so lovely too and I massively appreciated their service and efforts!!! Tomasz (Kebab) and Leszek (Leon) were absolutely fantastic. They delivered our sofa, carried it carefully into the house and placed it in the chosen room, where they also assembled it professionally.
The communication before the delivery was excellent, and their professionalism was noticeable at every stage of the service. They were friendly, efficient, and took great care of everything.

It's not often that you get a delivery on time never mind early but these guys were early
Followed delivery instructions kept me up to date with the live tracker. Contacted me 40 minutes away from the property couldn't have asked for more.

When at the property respected and took care bringing the extremely heavy items in
Took away all the wrappings and left the furniture where I'd asked them to place it.

You can tell they take pride in there work and are very helpful would definitely recommend Peter and Bence to do future deliveries other delivery companies could do with learning and following there professionalism.
