I have to say Francisco and Mario who delivered my sofa today have been nothing but exceptional!
they went above and beyond to get this delivered into the house and set up. I cannot recommend and thank these guys enough for their hard work.

Miro and Peter were amazing. Carried an emperor bed and mattress up 2 flights of stairs and didn’t make a single mark anywhere. They were clean, tidy and efficient. Wish they delivered all my packages. Top marks 👍🏻

Driver kept me informed of their arrival. Lovely , very polite gentlemen. It was a pleasure!

5 STARS FOR THE DRIVERS
Even with it been 10 at night the lads was mega helpful and got it done in quick time and very professional top class lads cheers Miro and Peter
BUT AS FOR THE COMPANY AS A HOLE WHAT A SHAMBLES BROUGHT THE WRONG SOFA THEN WAITED 5 DAYS FOR THEM TO BRING A REPLACEMENT THEY SENT THE DRIVERS WITH THE WRONG SOFA AGAIN SO HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY TO FINALLY GET THE SOFA SORTED

This week, ASB delivered my new sofa. The informative, timely and helpful communication I received from them was impressive. They were reliable and I was confident that they would complete the delivery on a time of my choosing
On the actual day, the team was friendly and helpful
So inspiring to know that such good service still exists I heartedly recommend this company

I was in hospital when the team took delivery of my sofas to be delivered.
The team checked with me every couple of days to see how i was.. they were so caring. When i was discharged from hospital they delivered my sofas, with care and kindness. I could not speak highly enough of the team. 10/10

Communication was spot on and very friendly and extremely punctual. Ne of the best delivery services out there.

I have never encountered a delivery firm like these 5* the communications were really good, via WhatsApp text and email. On day of delivery the boys text an hour before arrival and they arrived on time, they were very friendly and respectful, they unpacked everything and took the boxes and plastic away. Well done you have a very good system and good employees, thank you for making it easy for customers, highly recommended 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I'd like to mention the 2 man team Carlito and another chap.. who delivered our sofas from vintage sofas...they were careful and professional...waited patiently while we checked our sofas...very pleased

The guys told me a few days prior to delivery what day and gave me a two hour window. I had a message this morning with live tracking so I knew roughly what time they would be with me. The delivery was perfect. I had large sofas delivered and they were heavy. They delivered them and set them up and tool all rubbish away. Absolutely thrilled with the service, thankyou

Excellent service from ASB. Kept me updated beforehand and on the delivery day with location tracking and phone calls. Even better than John Lewis delivery teams!

Totally kept informed of delivery also phone 1 hour prior to the delivery the drivers were really helpful and efficient would definitely use again a fantastic service

The very best delivery team we have ever had. Contacted us by email and phone to arrange a delivery date and time. On the day, the driver texted to say when he was on his way. Then he texted again with an arrival time.
