Disappointing Conduct and Poor Accountability
I did not use this company's services, but I warn you to think twice before choosing them based on my experience. I was involved in a road traffic collision when one of their lorries struck me while I was cycling. What happened afterwards was even more disappointing than the accident itself.
Immediately after the collision, the company appeared cooperative and indicated that compensation for my injuries and damaged bicycle would be dealt with. However, once I began pursuing the matter formally, their attitude changed completely.
Despite repeated requests, I was not provided with the vehicle's insurance details. Emails went unanswered, and whenever I called, I was repeatedly told that Managing Director David Ryce was unavailable. As the injured party, I, as a victim, was left chasing basic information that should have been provided without difficulty.
Most concerningly, the company refused liability after the accident day. It was only after my solicitor became involved and formally requested a response that liability was admitted.
Accidents can happen in any business. What matters is how a company behaves afterwards. Based on my experience, I found the company's conduct evasive, unprofessional, and lacking in transparency and accountability.
Anyone considering dealing with this company should also be aware that there they were fined for unsafe asbestos removal by Health and Safety Executive. (check on norac.org.uk)
My experience has left me with serious concerns about the company's integrity and the way it treats people.
