Would not recommend. I contracted Goodbye Asbestos for artex removal. They hit a radiator pipe causing a lot of damage - these things happen so we were flexible and gave them the time they needed. It got to 7 pm and they did not bother to call us to let us know the works were finished. When entering the flat, we found there were heaps of asbestos residue not vacuumed up, several square meters of asbestos were not removed, damaged a newly installed wooden floor, broke a new induction stovetop, broke a wooden access panel to pipework, there was a leak that wasn't there before, damaged the kitchen counters with blue chemical product used to get artex of ceilings etc. It was very clear they did not protect anything while doing the removal.

Now, they are refusing to pay for all damages caused or discount for the bad service delivered. Admittedly, I was late in my communication afterwards as I had to get opinions on cost to fix all the damage, but this does not give Goodbye Asbestos the right to pretend that my lateness somehow forgives the damage they caused. Would never work with them again.

Very impressed with the professionalism and safety standards. The crew arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the asbestos removal efficiently. Excellent company to deal with.

Initially I called and spoke to Josh who was fantastic in his service and helpful. Then he sent Jeff and another guy over today i was not told to empty garage and there wasnt much in there anyhow as I did not know Jeff said they finish work at 3pm. They got to my house 130pm to 140pm it's Friday full working day. He said he will speak to his boss Josh which he did not do he just left with the guy he came with and said they finish at 3pm! I was left in the lurch it was awful 😖 so annoyed and frustrated. If you book them make sure you ask what time they finish work and if you have to remove things from your garage. My garage isn't even full ! Feel so upset how I was just left at 3pm with no one to do the job ! Unacceptable!

Fast service - came out the next day after I enquired and charged less than another quote I had.

This company was efficient from my first enquiry, through the completion of the work until final payment and certification. The removal of corrugated asbestos roof and replacement of metal profile sheeting was a hard days work. The team were efficient and friendly all day. We are very pleased with the finished new roof and the overall cost.

I needed a company that could remove a water tank from my loft but could also remove and replace a shed roof. This company can do that.
Stephen, Fraser and Oscar are fantastic. They work quickly and safely. They clean up as they go. They are lovely and polite. The whole process was really professional. I highly recommend them!
