Ive own forte wheelbase and invicta pedals for over a year now and they have both been absolutely amazing. I've only ever had one problem but it got resolved very quickly. The invicta pedals have been absolutely problem free

Asetek Asetek recently for Black Friday I bought a asetek forte formula wheel , and it was rattling and had a loose thumb encoder, I wrote customer service, and bam sent it back no charge, to Denmark and I’m in America so that’s a big thing we all hate those damn tariffs. And with in a week my wheel was back good as new . Customer support is awesome. That’s what you get when you go with Asetek!

I bought a wheelbase and steering wheel from Asetek (the Forte line). all I can say is that they are perfect products. I had a small problem with the power unit of the wheelbase, but this was resolved immediately by the costumer service. all in all i have a great experience with asetek and i would recommend their products.

Recently I purchased quite a few things from Asetek Simsports. Unfortunately, one of the buttons for the wheelbase stopped working about a week after installation. I reached out on their discord to see if someone would help me troubleshoot. They directed me to submit an RMA ticket. Within 24 hours I had a reply telling me that the button was indeed defective and they had already sent out a replacement. No further questions asked. All I did was explain what was happening and provided proof of purchase. The speed and effectiveness of their customer service is bar none.
