Misleading website. Clothes shown are not what you receive. Quality is very poor, cheap fabric, nothing like advertised, badly made. Look more like a cheap fancy dress fabric and style.
Try to return to find out the return address is China. Cost of return and customs duty fall to the customer. No refund until they receive and check, so too costly to return so your out of pocket.

Do not buy from this company.
They are a con. They are based in China not London. As you would presume from the website name. Items arrived weeks later and looked nothing like the photos, wanted to send them back but you have to pay for postage which was nearly the same price as the items. They offered me 20% refund, and have just made excuses that the refund is not being accepted when they try to credit account. Waste of money.

I wouldn't order from this company again. The standard of clothing is poor to say the least. The sizing was so wrong. I have tried 3 times to contact them for a returns label and have yet to have the courtesy of a reply!!! Looks like I'm left with an outfit of poor quality, poor value and very poor sizing!!!

Got caught buying online a dress that is a total scam: it is a shapeless sac, more a size 22 than 12, , the material is cheap and unpleasant to touch, the print is very poor. I paid £44 for a piece of clothing that was advertised 'on sale' from a fashionable London store, looking elegant, sweet and shapely on pictures. What a fool I was to fall for one of these terrible scams online products from Asia. Never again ....! AVOID!

So delivery was relatively quick (2 weeks), but the quality of the items delivered was shockingly poor. Cheap nasty material, badly fitting and feels awful. Do not waste your money!

Ordered a dress on Instagram from this company, believing this was a British company with a British address! Dress arrived from China about 3-4 weeks later, not as advertised, pattern the same but it looked like an ill fitting bag!! Contacted customer service who did actually reply. Said I could get a refund if the item was returned— to China at a cost of £25. Then they said I could get 20% refund and keep the dress! I don’t want the dress and wanted a full refund. No local address to return to. This is a sham company.
