Salve sono un possessore di un manta asiwo lo usato l'esta scorsa 2025 agosto a settembre lo messo in cantina ma ho dimenticato di staccare la batteria lo ripreso a luglio di quest' anno 2026 lo messo in carica tutta la notte ma non si accende secondo voi e la batteria che e morta?

Ho acquista asiwo manta 2 su Amazon,
provato in piscina il giorno 3 luglio, funziona con tutte e tre le velocità , certo la terza è molto divertente ma peccato che scarica molto la batteria, soddisfatto per quello che è stato studiato per fare, chiedo se esiste una batteria più potente e con un minimo di durata in più. Grazie

Ho acquistato un asiwo U1 a settembre 2025, il prodotto è bellissimo la batteria dura molto e con il sup è fenomenale, l unico problema è stato che quest anno dopo il primo giorno di mare in cui il prodotto ha fatto il suo dovere come motore per il sup, ha smesso di funzionare il vano in cui si attaccano motore e batteria non è stagno e dopo il primo utilizzo non ha piu funzionato perche i contatti si sono ossidati (almeno credo) ma guardando le istruzioni è un problema che loro sanno di avere perche dicono di usare il cw40. Penso che un prodotto che nasce per il mare dovrebbe essere stagno e non riempirsi d acqua, quando lo si usa per le immersioni il contatto per il sup si allaga letteralmente e ovviamente i contatti si ossidano e non funzionano piu. Ho scritto all assistenza ma ancora non ho avuto risposta. 1200 euro buttate. Ne dovrei spendere altre 350 per acquistare un motore nuovo. Ma dopo averlo usato 5 volte non è corretto!

I got the MAKO and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone! It’s great for people of all ages! I love using it while I snorkel/ dive the reefs, it also doubles as a great flotation to sit on while you’re out deep! Seriously so much fun, I’m going to use this ALL THE TIME!

Amazing underwater scooter, great for the whole family.
The battery life is excellent. We were able to spend a long time in the water without having to worry about it running out of power, unlike other scooters.

I found it great for exploring the ocean. I took it down to around 10 metres to explore a wreck, and my 5-year-old also loved playing with it in the pool.

The only downside for me is that the scooter and battery are quite large, so if you travel a lot, they will take up most of your suitcase. If I am staying in one place for a long period of time, I will definitely be taking it with me. However, if I am doing a lot of travelling around, it will probably have to stay at home due to the space it requires.

I used this asiwo with my little girls and I have to say that I am very satisfied, everything is perfectly in order for their safety, no fear and no risk to their health, they love it and use it in every way, on or off, it is perfect for the whole family.

I tried the Manta 2 water scooter, I have to say it left me speechless. I had a lot of fun in the water, the battery lasts a long time, and the color is also very nice. I'm satisfied, I would recommend it to everyone, adults and children. It doesn't weigh much and is also very easy to use with the gear change.

Had one of these scooters for just barely a year and my son who is 10 years old has only used it a total of four times in Pool use only. The unit has been rented, dried off and stored inside and the battery charged fully at each time of usage. Literally barely a scratch on this thing. And today my son gets it out to use and will not turn on. Very disappointed in the amount of money we spent and now is completely a paperweight. Emailed customer service can’t wait to hear from them.

I purchased one at the beginning of summer in 2025 and it’s still working well! I ordered a second one! I’m 5’11” 250lb and it pulls me around in all speeds. Great product!

Ho utilizzato il Manta 1 e sono stato sorpreso dalle sue caratteristiche ho deciso quindi di prendere anche il Manta 2.
Sono dei gadget veramente divertenti ideali per chi piace fare snorkeling . Le prestazioni sono in linea con il prezzo pagato, le finiture (viti, plastiche ecc) sono ok non c’è nessun segno di ruggine o segni di ossidazione .

Staff were generally helpful regarding product purchase and we really liked the product itself, although extra and needed batteries seem overpriced.

We used our product very little, followed all instructions regarding use, charging and storage. The product seems fragile and not cut out for real life use without breaking. We had multiple issues with multiple units.

It was used for around two months off and on. One day we put it to charge like normal and after use the battery/ scooter had black gunk all over the connectors and device no longer worked. We even changed batteries and still wouldn’t work. This was a very expensive double battery a single and the scooter. All down the drain with no idea which was the issue or what happened.

This was clearly a manufacturer defect issue and yet they refused to take responsibility and check it out and get it repaired. They offered me an 30% discount on a new battery. After much back and forth, wasting time, they finally said it was defective and offered to send me a new scooter with a small battery, but even though the defective unit destroyed the expensive double battery I was out of luck.

The warranty only covers battery and motherboard for 6 months, this is not enough.

Our original batteries and the scooter would get water inside of them. After use you could hear it sloshing around and would have to shake it to get out as there were small gaps in the seams. Their waterproofing is not good. The brand new unit we received took in water the very first day but of course being a replacement has no warranty.

They need to make this more durable and have better customer experience as otherwise would be a great product. I would buy another brand for now as you will be wasting money given the amount of time the product lasts.

Not happy

Our family absolutely loves our ASIWO underwater scooter. It has completely changed the way our kids enjoy the pool and lake. It’s easy to use, surprisingly powerful, and has given the kids a fun way to build confidence in the water while keeping them active and engaged.

What impressed us most is how often it gets used. Every time we head to the pool, lake, or beach, the kids ask to bring it along. The battery life has been great, the build quality feels solid, and it has held up well through plenty of family adventures.

If you’re looking for a unique way to make time in the water more exciting for your kids, we highly recommend ASIWO. It’s been a huge hit with our family and one of the most fun water products we’ve tried. The Clark Family todolist List approves!

My grandkids are really enjoying their water scooters. We had a problem with the fan cover coming off but their customer service was great and sent a replacement part quickly.

Have 2 Mantas now. They are great fun. Small misunderstanding was quickly and efficiently fixed by customer service to full satisfaction.

Smaller items can arrive sooner completely missed the event I wanted for.
