Never recieved item, never recieved any help recovering item, no help what so ever. Auto replies then ghosted without any conclusion. No refund. Stole money. Avoid

Been using skintific for months now.. they are the absolute best cushion foundation i have ❤️❤️ Worth the purchased. 😍😍👏 Now i want to try the powder foundation 😊

The product itself was AMAZING! Looked gorgeous on my skin and felt wonderful. The customer service however, was lacking. I received the “Cover Glow Perfect Cushion” in the wrong shade. I was certain I chose “Petal”, which was the shade of the other products I ordered. I immediately noticed and emailed the company but was told that it was basically my problem and I will have to buy the correct color again. Love the product, customer service is severely lacking. I was hoping for at least a compromise but nope.

Beyond expectations!! I have youthful daily glow with Skintific cushion foundation. I can wear less make up and looks so naturally glowing!!

Their customer service sucks donor purchase anything from this company I will never spend my time or money on any of their products. I emailed to get a refund and no one has reached out to me yet I’ve just been ignored.

I once visited the website for my wife and started filling the form for a new account. But my wife did not need the product anymore so I did not submitted the form and closed the page.

Later I received an email to confirm my subscription, which means they collected my data anyway.
Now a few days later, I started receiving promotion emails, even though I did not subscribe.

This is abuse and should be reported.

Absolutely incredible formula! It not only looks like your skin, it feels so natural wearing it! It's my new go to foundation!

No delivery of the products and 4 months to get a refund after weekly emails of me chasing, asking and eventually threatening legal action. I shouldnt have to be the one chasing a refund for 4 months. Sadly I really wanted to try the products from here but I now will never order from here again due to the previous experience so unless they sell the products from somewhere that actually delivers the goods, I will avoid.

If you are from the UK i strongly suggest not bothering to order from here. The refund process was awful.

The only thing that could have made this better and made me want to reorder would have been communication from the company about my order, about when they recieved it back and an honest time line on when to expect my refund as I genuinly thought I wouldnt get my money back.

I only got it back after an official complaint.

The Cover Glow Perfect Cushion is absolutely wonderful. I colour matched to 01 Vanilla, and I can't emphasise how wonderful this product is for my skin. I am a mature 50+ woman with dry prone skin and this product is wonderful. I use a primer first and then gently add the Perfect Cushion and it just covers effortlessly without any visible pores being highlighted. I have already ordered a second one!

I was very disappointed when I order for a 2nd time I didnt recieved my order and email costumer service , about the product I ordered and they told me to call or email the shipping company where they send my product to deliver to me , and when I contact the shipping company noone answer even in the email , I waited for along time no action , they didn't resolve the issue about my order that I didnt get , no refund or even replace im so disappointed I felt i got SCAM! Never trust this skintific and never order again!

The product gives me more confidence it soothes my skin need as i have oily the cushion the loose powder is highly recommended and also the lip serum and even the setting spray its really an. amazing product that i use now.I am bery happy that i purchased this product as i have seen a pot of good product rebiews from ordinaty people. vloggers, local
and international known personalities. more dicounts to come hood kob for inventing this product.

I was very disappointed in my order. The lip product smelled terrible and I was unable to use any of them.

All products that I've ordered are good and I'm satisfied. Delivery only took 5 days and has been updated throughout the process. I will definitely order again.

Love the product but however I’m really disappointed I purchased in February paid $9 shipping which is fine but when I purchased again in March I was charged $21 shipping which is a huge price jump !! I have emailed the company several times and no reply or refund so I’m really disappointed and don’t think I’ll be purchasing again sadly !! Not happy and disappointed customer
