I have serious concerns regarding the legitimacy and professionalism of this company. Upon investigation, it appears that the firm does not employ any qualified architects or certified planners. Furthermore, none of the individuals publicly identified as “architects” are listed on the official Architects Register, which raises significant questions about the company’s integrity and compliance with professional standards.
This lack of verified credentials suggests that the company may be misrepresenting its qualifications and capabilities to potential clients. Engaging an unregistered or unqualified architectural service can lead to major risks, including substandard work, regulatory issues, and potential legal complications.
Prospective clients should exercise extreme caution before entering into any agreement with this company. It is strongly recommended to verify all professional credentials independently and ensure that any services offered are provided by appropriately registered and accredited professionals. Based on my findings, I would not recommend this firm for architectural or planning work under any circumstances.

Unqualified Planners
This company does not appear to have any qualified architects or planners associated with it. Furthermore, none of the individuals identified as architects within the company are listed on the official Architects Register. Before engaging, customers should check professional credentials and confirm whether the company is appropriately staffed for the services it offers. Proceed carefully with this company.

I am completely unsure where you got this information from, but we currently have over 10 qualified and experienced staff in the fields you mention. I can only think this review has been posted in an effort to tarnish our name and brand. As it is completely untrue and without merit. Update for genuine customers, this review has been flagged with the TrustPilot team. Unfortunately, they take some time to review them, but once reviewed, I am sure it will be removed due to being fraudulent.

Worked with Ask Joey on our first big renovation. Was overall really impressed just how professional they were and how smooth the whole process was. I would of been lost if it was up to me to deal with the builders hahaha
