The loan process was easy
The loan process was easy. Approval was made in a matter of minutes. The only issue I have is the percentage of interest that is being charged. But if you don't have the best credit that's the price you have to pay.

The finance charges are atrocious
96% APR? Bi-weekly payments? I would've been paying more with the loan than I do now. I would've been in more debt if I had taken the loan, so I rescinded it the next day.
Never again.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) on your loan may be higher than some traditional lending options; however, at Aspen Financial Direct, our product is very competitive among other emergency cash providers.
And, with Aspen, you have 3 business days from the date you signed your loan agreement to change your mind. If you decide our loan isn’t right for you, call Customer Support at (877) 293-2987 and tell us that you no longer want the loan. You will repay the principal and will not be charged any fees or interest.
