Aspirato 

Wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing vacuum. Taking parts out of box the roller brush had hairs wrapped around the brush and the dust collector had dust particles inside, the parts look cheap. I have boxed parcel back up and sent an email but after reading these reviews don’t hold out much hope of receiving a reply anytime soon and as for a refund think I can say goodbye to that. I feel stupid for falling for this fake company.

I’m afraid I didn’t see these actual real reviews before we bought. And yes like all the other customers / reviews we also have had exactly the same issues as all of you.
So very disappointing!
Yes we also feel it’s a well organised way of duping people into sending money after reading what I can only assume are fake reviews on their website!
Wish there was a ‘no star’ option.
I have just contacted the company again, stating that we will be taking this to bbc watchdog, bbc money box. Will also contact the ombudsman if they continue with the ridiculous policy of returning to China! Which I might add is no where to be seen when purchasing! Definitely feels like a scam!

I have been trying to get a return address, had the emails about returning it to china being a hassle and would I accept 5% 10% 15% and now 20% refund to keep the item of garbage, not sure how it will end but my bank is next step..Do not buy anything from these scammers.

I have quite thick carpets and the aspirato vacuum just glided over them so it was not suitable for my requirements. I contacted the company and they kept asking for a video of the fault even though I explained numerous times there was no fault so eventually I returned to the return address on the box it was shipped to me in but have been informed this is not the proper return address and may affect my refund. Why would I keep a £179 vacuum as an ornament?

This company are a complete and utter bunch of scum bags. Battery in unit is crap, I've been trying to get a refund for weeks they take an age to answer emails only 1 per day, no contact numbers to call never any names. I've reported to trading standards!

SCAM- do not buy. Seeking legal action now. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM

This company doesn't even deserve a star at all! The product is garbage!! I just bought my unit only last October and less than 3 months it's no longer working. I sent a complaint email to customer service and they asked me to send them a video as proof which I did as I was asking for a new replacement. Then after getting the video they started ignoring my emails. So unprofessional! I agree that this company is a SCAM!!

Do not touch this Company I have been trying to get my money back since September 2023 had to send it back to a return address on the box as they would not send me an address said it would be too expensive and I’d have to pay for it to go to China. They sent me a video how to repair it. It was all in Chinese. It’s been an absolute nightmare thank goodness I paid though Klarna they have been really good I think I would have lost all my money only disappointment I can’t give aspirato minus stars

Do NOT use this company it's fake, fake reviews on Google, fake goods. Impossible to get a refund. Make out to be a UK company but they are actually Chinese and supply goods not fit for purpose.

Ook ik ben er ingetrapt.
Binnen vijf minuten heb ik per mail de order geannuleerd en direct Klarna ingelicht dat ik NIET ga betalen. Klarna heeft de betalingen stopgezet.

Zoals verwacht kreeg ik een mail van aspirato dat het 'ik te laat was en dat de order al is verstuurd. Standaard scampraktijk.

Ik zal de order niet aannemen en mijn buren vragen om het niet namens mij aan te nemen.

Dat is mijn advies ook aan de eerste de beste die dit leest. Klarna is inmiddels op de hoogte dat dit een scambedrijf is, dus ook zij staan niet heel sterk juridisch gezien. Maar gelukkig reageerde de medewerker van Klarna goed.

Company sells poor quality products at premium prices. The scam is trying to return any goods!. They will fob you off with discounts or worst tell you to retire to china by paying import tax and postage. Then they will tell you it was damaged and not refund.
Best thing to do is not accept the delivery and take a thirty pound knock otherwise you will be going around in circles for wks.
This company should be banned from trading as their underhanded returns policy is the real scam to get your money.

Op het moment dat ik het apparaat uitpakte was duidelijk dat het te licht was voor bij ons thuis. Hoewel het apparaat vanuit Duitsland verstuurd wordt kun je het niet terugsturen naar Duitsland maar naar China. Je krijgt allerlei kortingen aangeboden om hem maar niet terug te sturen, maar ook allerlei onduidelijke kosten buiten de verzendkosten naar China. Het blijkt dus een dropshipper te zijn. Hierdoor nemen de meeste mensen hun verlies en sturen dus maar niet terug en dat is precies hun bedoeling. De hele conversatie moet dan ook nog in het Engels. Kortom, er worden nogal wat bergen opgeworpen opdat je het product maar niet terug stuurt en dat is tegen de Europese wet. Ik heb bezwaar gemaakt bij zowel Aspirato als de creditcard, dat ging niet eenvoudig maar uiteindelijk heb ik na 3 maanden en vele mailtjes gewonnen. Ik heb mijn geld terug van de creditcard en de creditcard heeft het geld terug van de leverancier. Mijn argument tegen te creditcard was dat het terugsturen niet volgens de wet was en dat de creditcard zich heeft ingelaten met een leverancier die de wet overtreed.

My wife and I have tried to return a faulty hoover and are blocked at every attempt. Have written to my local MP because they are breaking UK trading laws.

Don't buy anything from them, they are an awful company.

DO NOT BUY, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. you buy a product online , not what you expect, poor suction, so within a day of delivery, try to get a return label and a full refund. 16 days and counting for a refund. This is the most worst company.

Après avoir passé commande sur le site aspirato.fr (5min) après. J'ai lu tous ces commentaires négatifs. J'ai eu l'impression de m'avoir fait arnaquer du coup j'envoie un email en leur expliquant que je ne voulais plus de l'aspirateur et qu'il fallait absolument annuler la commande. On me répond que ce n'est plus possible car l'aspirateur a déjà été envoyé. Ok bon j'y crois un peu car il m'ont répondu seulement le lendemain. Ensuite je continue a envoyer des e-mails et on me propose de réceptionner le colis et d'avoir une remise de 5%. Et la ben je comprends que non seulement je me suis faite avoir et en plus que ceux qui me réponde par email sont simplement des robots. Arrive le colis au bureau de poste je me déplace pour refuser le colis. Jusqu'à présent cela fait presque 2semaines que j'attends le remboursement !!!!!! Je ne sais pas vers qui me tourner.

Aspirato zijn oplichters! Schandalig dat zoiets mag en kan gewoon voortbestaan na alle slechte ervaringen van mensen die hun geld kwijtgespeeld. Nooit hun stofzuigers kopen!!! Zuigkracht is zeer slecht, het is precies speelgoed stofzuiger

This company is impossible to deal with. They are refusing to accept that I do not want to keep the hoover and will not forward information about returning the product. I fear I have no chance of getting a refund from them.

Should Royal Mail be facilitating the delivery of merchandise from unscrupulous businesses like these?

De slechtste aankoop ever! Een slechtere stofzuiger en service bestaat er niet! Het is een luxe bezem met verlichting, je moet de kruimels met stoffer en blik opvegen! Je kan de stofzuiger niet terug sturen, er is geen garantie! Dus je kan €35,00 terug krijgen en daarna bekijk je het maar…
Bespaar jezelf de ergernis en koop dit niet!!!

Misleidende ‘reklame’, aspirato versus dyson, in alles zou de aspirato beter scoren dan de dyson. Trap er ,zoals ik, niet in mensen. De aspirato is een waardeloze stofzuiger, weggegooid geld.

Had it two months. Cordless vacuum arrived precisely on time. Moves seamlessly from carpet to floor, picks up all except grit. Lightweight. Easy to empty. Difficult to get dust collection cylinder off but I can live with that. Charges promptly. Money not debited from my account until after delivered. Brill price. Very happy.
