DO NOT BUY,there absolutely useless,take 5hrs to charge,and when your hoovering and stop and pick it up to put away everything you’ve hoovered up comes back down the pipe all over your floor and it’s not blocked

Omg this is awful what a load of rubbish iv been trying to get a refund for this hoover do not buy wished I’d of seen these reviews first 😡 this was recommended by a guy who rated it who was on the internet obviously a scam I’m fuming

If I could give a negative review I would. I cannot believe this company is still able to trade in the UK. It is very clearly falsely advertised, unfit for purpose and very likely unsafe. Can I suggest that everyone reports the company to Trading Standards, and also Watchdog via the BBC website.

I was recommended this vacuum cleaner from a website.
Absolute garbage!!!! Don’t waste your money.
Battery depletion is rapid
Suction seems ok but when you stop the dust/bits fall down the pipe so you have to use another vacuum to clean up or dust pan and brush.
This would be ok in a clean or dolls house. It’s basically a toy/novelty hoover.
When you ask for a refund you get a generic message offering 10%.
Not good I want a full refund it simply isn’t fit for purpose. There is no phone number to call a human, it’s a rip off.
I’m hoping trading standards can help with a refund.

Ben tevreden over de stofzuiger, werkt goed. Kwaliteit valt niet tegen gezien de prijs. Ben tevreden en prijs kwaliteit verhouding is dik in orde.

Je n'ai pas reçu ma commande et je demande le remboursement en vain. Il se paye ma tête en me transférant toujours la même réponse par mail. J'espère que ma banque Boursorama et son assurance arriveront à dénouer ce problème d'un montant de 219 euros

THEY ARE FAKE.

I recently ordered their vacuum cleaner by mistake and within 5 mins of ordering I sent a mail so that the item is not shipped. They stated after couple of hours that item is shipped without any shipping details. Even their website is not showing anything. DO NOT BUY, they are fake Chinese company who is expert in CON. Even the positive reviews are fake which are done by themselves. I would like to sue them. Can anyone suggest a process. Let’s combine forces and bring them down

Sorry, maar dit bedrijf moet van Internet afgehaald worden! Het zijn oplichters! De stofzuiger werkt niet naar behoren en na 3 a 4 x gebruik kapot, hij doet niks meer. Veel te veel geld voor deze stofzuiger. Bij aankoop gebruik gemaakt van Klarna en het probleem gemeld, helaas werd de klacht afgewezen ook al had ik alle bewijzen aangeleverd. Ik heb filmpjes, e-mails etc. Contact met Aspirato is bijna niet mogelijk. Ik heb heel veel mails gestuurd en telkens ontvang je een standaard bericht met een aanbod voor een korting. Tot nu toe hebben ze 25% korting aangeboden maar ze geven dit niet door aan Klarna. Koop niet bij Aspirato want je gooit je geld weg!

I THINK ALL OF US DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS SHOULD BOMBARD BBC WATCHDOG.

I DID CONTACT CITYZEN ADVICE UK, BUT BECAUSE THE PAYMENT GOES TO CYRPUS THEY CANNOT GET INVOLVED, AND EUROPE CITYZEN ADVICE CANNOT GET INVOLVED AS IT IS UK COMPANY WEBSITE.

Na het lezen van de reviews hier hield ik mijn hart vast. Ik verwachtte rommel en andere reviews waren niet te vinden. Was ik te snel geweest?

Levering: binnen de 5 dagen geleverd. Track en trace code was correct (je moet hem wel zelf typen op de site van dhl)

Product: Licht, wendbaar, beter materiaal dan ik had verwacht, zuigkracht beter dan mijn gewone stofzuiger, duidelijk ledscherm. De elektrische borstel is flexibel wat het makkelijk maakt van ergens aan te geraken en de lichtjes zijn gek genoeg echt een meerwaarde.

Batterij duur: op hoogste stand niet enorm lang maar zeker niet minder dan andere draadloze steelstofzuiger.

Geluid: niet te luid, stiller dan vele anderen

Conclusie: voor deze prijs heb je echt iets goed. Begrijp absoluut niet wat de rest hier heeft geschreven. Concurrenten of zo?

Suite à l'achat de leur aspirateur le 12 décembre 2023 au prix de 219€ et sur le récapitulatif de commande ne figure aucun frais supplémentaire et pourtant ils ont encaisser illégalement des frais de 5,81€. Il n'y avait aucun frais de port ou d'autres frais mentionné sur la commande ni sur le site les frais sont gratuits est bien définis sur le site partout dans le Monde.

D'après toutes les avis négatifs sur leurs attitudes et engagements vis à vis des clients je regrette déjà mon achat que j'ai pas encore reçu. Comme nous sommes nombreux à avoir été piégé par leurs moyens devenues illégales et d’escroqueries. Y a t'il d’autres moyens d'enrayer leurs ventes et escroqueries afin de plus faire de victimes lors de leurs ventes mensongères et leurs façon illégale de procéder.

Si vous connaissait d’autres moyen pour porter plainte merci de me contacter par mail nous ferais tout notre possible afin de faire cesser ce type de vente et me demande que fait la justice et les instituts laissant agir des sociétés de tels façon à nuire et de voler notre argent par des personnes aussi malhonnêtes que ce site ASPIRATO basé aux Etats Unis avec adresse mail dans chaque pays dont celle de la France.

Après consultation des instances entre autres comme la Gendarmerie, Inspection contre la fraude ainsi que la Commission Bancaires Français et d'autres encore, ces Instances nous propose une plainte groupé en France avec d'autres Pays Européen afin de faire face à ce terrible fléau contre la société ASPIRATO...

En attendant que d'autres personnes nous rejoignent pour remédier aux ARNAQUES d'ASPIRATO à très bientôt.

This Company pretend to be a UK company, but are not based in the UK. Aspirato

They are in Cyprus an China.

They ship the product from in the UK and on the package it states that the return address is EpresssUnit 2 Prologis Park, Arenson Way Dunstable LU5 4RZ.

When you contact them to return they keep not reading youe emails, but keep offering you a discount of 5% and then 10%. I returned to the address above but was told that was not the correct address and that address is invalid, even though on the label it states that this is the return address.

They advise that this address is invalid, well if it is invalid, then don't state on your delivey label that this is the return address.

They don't read the emails you send to them just keeping offering you a discount to keep the product, which I don't want.

We are contacting our bank and trading standards and BBC Watchdog to get this company closed down so they do not rip anyone else off.

Please do not deal with this company.

They will scam you out of your money.

for everyone who is having problems with this company. my bank done a charge back with this company and they sent me this address and told me to return it to them then email them the tracking number. the bank have already gave money back it is pending in my account i sent the vac back today after over a month or more of trying to get a refund and keep getting email offering 15% and keep it cause its hassle sending back to china. lol the address it was sent from was london the return address is Leicester. i will put address below i hope that helps anyone struggling to get there money back. ive emailed them the tracking number and the address they asked me to send the parcel to. which is below.

Je suis une professionnelle de ménage et je peux vous dire que ce aspirateur est à fuir. Il aspire rien , les poils, plusieurs, miettes restent collées dans le bas d’aspirateur et ça retombe par terre . On dirait que c’est un jouet d’enfant qui serve à rien . Franchement pour le prix c’est une arnaque vendre ça . Même aspirateur à 70 euros fait le meilleur travail. En plus mal articulé du coup sous le lit impossible passer aspirateur…… je déconseille acheter ce l’aspirateur

Do not buy an Aspirato cordless vacuum cleaner. I paid £179.00 for this cleaner and when it arrived it looked like a toy cleaner, it did not resemble the pictures on the review site. I have sent many emails requesting a returns address, they keep offering 10% off original price, but are refusing to give returns address. I purchased on american express so they will be taking up this case for me. Aspirato are a disgusting company.

Er met open ogen ingetrapt na de bestelling al 3 keer een email gestuurd en geen reactie daarop gekregen
Ze hebben het inmiddels verstuurd maar de tracking code klopt van geen kanten
Wacht het pakket af daarna retour en Klarna bellen hopelijk komt het goed dat apparaat hoef ik niet

They sent it but I've had around 6 days of stupid emails saying I must keep it for 10%discount or return it to China and pay customs,shipping and it may not get back !!!the return label shows a UK address I will be sending it back to. Then I'll have to fight to get my money refunded. !!! Don't touch this company !!!! Update 27/11/23 I'm still getting almost threatening emails saying I have to return to China but I have to pay shipping and customs and it may not arrive then I won't get a refund. Nonsense. There is a UK return address on the label- I'm sending back there and photographing everything. I will then bombard them with emails and get my bank involved. What a bunch of criminals !! Further update Dec 20 I'm still getting the same generic emails offer g discount to keep the vacuum. I returned it already to the address on their own label but I still get The stupid emails and still no refund !! I am contacting my bank and trading standards about these scammers/ robbers !!! And after reading other reviews I am also contacting watchdog !
