The Asra loafers I bought are unwearable as the bottom of the sole squeaks so loudly against any floor material, and with the slightest touch, that it is embarrassing and really annoying. They are super heavy and quite stiff, again due to the thick plastic they have used for the sole. They look great but they are not wearable.

I ordered 7 pairs of shoes & boots over 2 years. 5 pairs broke very fast. I liked the designs & comfort but the quality is VERY bad. While zalando & zalando lounge took care of all returns with great customer care, Asra takes no accountability nor interest in customercare, loyal customers or poor quality products..Don't waste your money on ASRA London 😣

Ordered shoes, they were incredibly narrow. Tried to return, which I had to pay for, and they arrived back at ASRA after 14 days so said they wouldn’t refund me. 14 days is a ridiculously short return period policy. Overall, shoes unwearable and bad customer service. Best avoided.

They sent me faulty shoes that were literally falling apart as soon as I took them out the box. They asked me to return them and after I had done this, they refused to refund me the return postage costs. The shoes themselves were just awful. Very poorly made and looked worn. A disappointing experience start to finish.

Possibly the worst company in the world. They've been incompetent and careless through every interaction over a 2 year period. They charge the incorrect service charge and then rerequest another incorrect amount. They don't take their freeholder responsibilities seriously and any work they carry out is half-hearted and usually conducted with poor workmanship.
If you can avoid them, do whatever you can to use a different company. The worst company I have ever come across, by far.
