Extremely disappointing experience with Aster.
I ordered baby products through the Aster app because it clearly showed Express Delivery. However, immediately after placing the order, I was informed that it had been changed to Standard Delivery with a two-day delivery timeline. Advertising one delivery option and then changing it after payment is misleading and unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was the inconsistent information from customer service. One agent told me that a delivery attempt had failed, while another agent claimed that Aramex does not deliver on Sundays. This is simply incorrect, as Aramex does deliver on Sundays in the UAE.
This is the second time I've had such an experience with Aster. Every order turns into multiple follow-up calls just to receive the items. I have never faced this kind of poor service with any other delivery company in the UAE.
When customers are ordering essential baby products, reliability matters. Instead, I was met with delays, conflicting explanations, and a complete lack of accountability.
Very disappointed with Aster's service. Unless significant improvements are made to the delivery process and customer support, I would not recommend ordering through the Aster app.

We order online, and was not delivered. We tried to reach them through their customer support but seems not able to help. Waste of money and time, specially they engage in delivering medine which is essentials for their customers,and also they need to change their third party delivery.

Ordered NOT delivered. I am leaving tomorrow. They get the money in an instant, yet they take ages to give it back due to none delivery. DO NOT order from here.

I have placed multiple orders with them that are over AED 75 which qualifies for "express delivery" within 30-45 minutes. It has NEVER, not even once, arrived in less than 8-10 hour; most of the time it takes a day.
If you need something urgently, I would suggest a more reliable company.

I ordered ordinary serum which is fake not original one last time I ordered from amazon was good original now the bottle of serum has changed the colour not affective bad experience lost my money

On 2 May , I booked an appointment in aster Sharjah golden sand for family medicine , usually I booked through app only , but that they deduct 200 , where’s I have very good insurance which cost me 0 with same doctor same clinic several times , I called customer service same day same time she told me she processed and I will get return , but after 2 days again I called and other agent responded he said you will receive message for your return , it’s been month I did not recieve msg nor return .really disappointed, worst customer service

Ordered yesterday morning, it was stated that it will be delivered yesterday but until now nothing. They even cancelled 1 item, tried to contact their customer service through whatsapp, no one is responding. So disappointing.

Worst, kept me waiting for 1 hour and it happened 2 times.

How hard you to make wifi open for the customers. What loss do you suffer in that pity u.

Its not by graphical marketing or word publishing you should do branding. Many things are hard to teach.

All people are not wasting time in phone, hope there are some people with peanuts in head in your team to read and take action.

I order my medication mainly from Aster and have had a problem just once...that is until Sunday! I ordered some medicines that were meant to be delivered Monday evening. Not only did I not receive them, when I messaged yesterday just before 10 am, telling them they didn't send the medicines, they did not even bother to respond! They still haven't got back!!

MyAster and the entire Aster system is like being caught in a web of the most dysfunctional medical system Ive ever experienced and Im originally from America and expected so much more in Dubai.

Did an online consultation over video.

Was clear the prescription I needed for a long term skin issue that im now getting support for after my move to Dubai. The doctor says it will be 15 minutes and then hours later Im chasing the script so they just caught me in the weirdo web of friction.

Then they tell me that instead of the 40 mg of a med they only have 100 and want to deliver me the wrong medication which for an antibiotic is truly malpractice. I ask for the script I paid for if they don't have the med ill get it filled elsewhere, They just keep hammering me with trying to get me to take the 100mg which is terrible with regard to long term antibiotic use verse the low dose.

15 Horus later tons of calls and messages on WhatsApp the web is the most backwards twisted scenario and all I can say is stay far far far far far far away from this system.

Im supposed to be receiving healthcare treatment not incredibly stressful friction to my life which exacerbates the skin issues altogether.

So they are out of the meds but wont give me a script to go get them even though I paid for an appointment and the scripts. They dont care if they give me the wrong meds and it's really the most jacked up "healthcare" system Ive ever seen. Stay away from them as this is a super shady system. Now im told neither of the medications is available so just give me a script im saying and ill get it filled...the entire scam is to get you to pay and lock you into what they have, not what you need.

I paid for appointment, got nothing but pain, struggle and stress to my own health. This Aster system is a nightmare on steroids. Beware

Very disappointing experience with the Aster online app. The item was shown as available when I ordered, and I even paid extra for express delivery. Later, I was informed that delivery would be delayed, and after two days the order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. Customer service was also unhelpful. I would not recommend using this online service.

To get my order the delivery takes 2hour,I mean to say order accepted by the pharmacy on 12:06am but until 2:00am the delivery boy was not here , pharmacy(call center) reason was he have delivery far from here in al warqa and ras al khor this doesn’t make sense because he take 3 deliveries at once one of the order is mine but my building is next to the pharmacy. Finally I am going to the pharmacy to take my medicine,I can’t go out thats why I order by delivery. Bad experience highly not recommended. Branch of pharmacy internationalcity CBD29.

I have ordered few things - worth more than 300 AED. I didn’t realize that I haven’t updated my address on the app - my bad. Nevertheless I’m shocked that something got delivered, left by the door with zero confirmation to call/whatsapp that package was delivered - this would at least give me an opportunity to realize that I haven’t updated my details. Adding to this: no response to my email, or whatsapp!! The call centre staff… well let just let’s leave it here.

I’m glad it was not insulin or any other fridge requiring life saving medication that just got dumped by the door w/o informing the customer. Never again.

I ordered something and it came with opened seal i complaint they took the product 4 days ago and still didn't process the refund... Very bad service I'm still waiting and all the time they saying we are processing this and that shameful

I order cerave , yesterday morning may 3 at 6 am in the morning, upon checking on aster app application it showing that 1:30 pm the item is out for deliver . Then the rider called me and i left my work place already. Then yesterday night he was calling me and saying message him in whatsapp to tell that deliver it by tomorrow morning or before 5pm. Then now its almost 5 . I call customer service they said next 24hr again it will deliver whatt???? Then other customer service said it will not diliver it today because they send back center .. i dont know but it was not good experience to this aster online….. never again!!!! That why i ask them for refund!!!!!!!!!!!!
