I bought today a milk online for my 2 year old son online and it shows available in grnad united pharmacy in dubai mall near fashion parking, after work i went there directly to collect, but unfortunately they said they dont have milk in their shop, and then they cancelled my order online and the amount goes to my life pharmacy app. My question is, why life pharmacy still selling this milk online but customer service said its not available in all life pharmacy branch, and how can i buy a milk for my son now as i dont have enough money in my account. Refund will take 2-5 working days. Where should i get money for the milk of my son. I hope this will not happen to other customer.

Not even any village u will got this experience what I got in life pharmacy.. I was so bad condition under migraine attack and I ask my friend to order medication from app.. they confirm. We wait one hour.. no one contac us then we call .. and they said sorry we don't have in storage.. my question what are u waiting for 1 h . Why u didn't cancel or inform costumer.. after this we call back for refund money and they give back it in app .. then we request for give back in card.. we wait 3 day nothing .. we go in pharmacy assistant by pathetic face was explaining it was not him problem . But once he saw I got crazy he call management management say 3 more day.. we wait more 3 day and sure money not refund then we go in pharmacy.. same asistent under name christu.. who tell us if ur money not come back in 3 day it's will be under my responsibility.. telling my friend we have to wait more .. it's not absolutely about money it's about way they treating people .. then i ask her give us your complimentary vaucher wich your company give us.. then what he said to us was big surprise ... I am not talking to u..I don't like ur talking way and he continue talk and watching to my friend face he act he like ignore me.. am asking what doese mean u not talking to me I am the one who was sick and order this medicine .. he repeat I am not talking too u.. now it's truly clear why this company have 1 star and even it's much more for them ..but they do mistake when they choose me for treating this way bcz beginning from department of health care and economic development consumer protection end of police bi Will complain them everywhere for next time they will get lessons
Life Pharmacy seems more concerned…
Life Pharmacy seems more concerned about protecting its financial interests than supporting patients when a serious medication issue arises.
I contacted them regarding a problem with my Mounjaro KwikPen after being unable to administer my fourth dose. Rather than focusing on the impact this had on my treatment, I was repeatedly told that nothing could be done until the supplier responded because it was a high-value product.
As a patient, I expected empathy, support, and a genuine concern for my health. Instead, I was left feeling that the financial value of the product mattered more than the patient’s experience and wellbeing.
Very disappointing customer service, especially from a healthcare provider that should put patient care first.
This hits the point very clearly: money first, patient second, without making claims that could be challenged.

The service is very prompt...the staff…
The service is very prompt...the staff is friendly and helpful...and an added bonus is the vouchers we get to spend at the pharmacy for some very nice stuff...like tablets..body care products etc.

Everywhere I go in this pharmacy. I have a very bad experience. First of all most of the pharmacist are new New joiner second the seniors are very rude and arrogant. Not all most. The call center you can’t even hear them coz the bar ground sounds like they are in some market very disturbing. And some of them they think they own your life. Please the management have to do some inspections. I can’t give them name and location also.
Return window is 3 days regardless of any circumstances
I got to know that return window for online orders is 3 days, while I was travelling few days ago in such critical situation in which people can go to airport several times to find proper flight.
So, I was only able to submit my return request after reaching my destination in which the total number of days were 6 days.

Beware of life meds pharmacy i had ordered on 11/2/26 paid extra for next day delivery.
No response nothing recieved.I gave them till Wednesday 18th if I do not recieve my order I will take action for fraud and would not stop these reviews.
They take the name of God on there account to lure people which is lowest of the low.

They font know what customer service is. They only wanna sell you what they get commission on. They care about money. They seduce you with vouchers that you can even barely use. Online orders is the worst, as it takes too much time , more than what it says.you follow for your order, as if you work there! A loop!

Really disappointed with Life Pharmacy in Abu Dhabi.
I bought an item at Yas Mall and needed to exchange it the next day (unopened, with receipt, within their 7-day policy). Since I was leaving the country, I went to the closer Al Zeina branch.
They refused to help because the item “wasn’t in their system,” even though the receipt doesn’t say returns must be done at the original store. Customer service couldn’t resolve it either.
Very frustrating experience. For such a large company, I expected more flexibility and better service.

Worst delivery system I’ve seen in UAE. The app doesn’t update, they are extremely slow, the chat is useless, don’t answer phone calls. I purchased an item that they don’t even have available in any of its pharmacies and now I have no update on the cancellation.
