Following separate appointments to assist my wife it was suggested I also undertake a hearing test and wax removal. The latter was prompt, professional and successful The test was completed in a calm, measured, friendly and thoughtful manner giving full explanations of the procedure and results which were promptly forwarded to my GP for information.
I would highly recommend this service.

The warm welcome and high professionalism shewn by everyone at Aston Hearing, enhanced by their recent open day, made us feel part of the 'Aston Hearing Family.' The audiologist Hollie was amazing - patient, skilful and good humoured. All in all, the experience fostered confidence and inspired loyalty.

Invite to Aston Hearing in Thame for a tea and biscuit morning. Such a fantastic morning meeting up with all the incredible staff and other Clients . Becca was especially helpful when l explained l was having difficulty pairing my phone to my aids. She immediately took charge of them and returned them in good working order and also booked me in for an ear wax appointment. It was lovely to catch up with Jenny who helped me as reluctant hard of hearing Client to persevere with my aids.

I went today to the Aston Hearing Open Day at the Grange, Saunderton. It is 3 years since I last went, and I had been informed that they had closed. But they are open again in bigger premises.
There was a warm welcome, Cloe was very professional and I will be back in a week to have was removed from both ears.

Got an appointment amazingly quickly. Both Chloe and Louise were knowledgeable and professional. Chloe carefully explained the hearing test and what it would be able to show. She listened and explained my condition very well and contacted my GP within hrs of my appointment for follow up investigations.

Excellent experience, called one day, got an appointment the next day at a time that suited. Microsuction done and ear is definitely better, less blocked and hearing improved. All good.

Just back from an Aston Hearing appointment with Louise at The Grange. Highly professional and with great care. She really took the time and trouble to fully investigate my ear problem in addition to providing detailed information for my GP.

Delighted with my first appointment with Chloe at the Grange. She took enormous trouble adjusting and readjusting my new hearing aids to overcome my particular problem. Her proposed way forward does, I think, offer my best chance of getting a satisfactory outcome.

You can always depend on Aston Hearing. I recently visited Louise at The Grange, she saw me at very short notice. She was completely professional and caring in her approach, even sorting out some problems I didn't know I had. I entirely trust the people at Aston Hearing, wherever they are; they are professional, competent and fun to deal with.

I have been using Aston for a number of years(20+); the service is always exemplary and thorough. They give advice and reassurance with every aspect of the service and keep up to date with developments in the induestry. And they smile and make you feel welcome too!

I've had a couple of hearing tests and the process is always very easy and everyone working there has always been great. Would recommend.
