Great value

After a hesitant start (prices seemed too good to be true) I have now received my fourth order. All have been delivered promptly and well packaged. I have been stocking up to avoid future price rises or shortages. The research bundles are exceptional value. I am very impressed with Astra Labs.

Fast delivery fantastic company

Fast delivery, great packaging and a big thank you for the extra goodies, I have ordered a lot from Astra Labs there customer service and products are second to none. Thanks again .

Purchased from there website. And received just bac water I messaged them and been ignored. I’m not happy.

We have replied to the emails we’ve received regarding this.

We’ve also checked our packing records, including the packing photo and subsequent stock count, and these are consistent with the full order being packed and dispatched.

We certainly would not deliberately withhold a TR5 from an order or attempt to scam a customer over a single item. We take genuine packing errors seriously and always try to resolve them when the evidence shows we’ve made a mistake.

On this occasion, however, our records do not support the claim that only the BAC water was dispatched.
