Asyautoparts Opiniões

I came across ASY Autoparts while searching for a replacement wing mirror cap for my Audi A1. This company was the only one online that had an exact colour match for my car, which I was very impressed with.

The only downside was a discrepancy between the estimated shipping time on their website and my actual experience. My delivery took approximately three weeks to arrive, which wouldn't have been an issue had I not expected a shorter timeframe. However, I was able to maintain regular communication with the owner via email and online chat, where I was reassured appropriately.

When my order arrived, the product was exactly as advertised— a perfect colour match and fit

I paid for the shipping, but it took one month to receive my order.
However, even though I provided them with the color code for the part, they sent me the wrong color.

They said, "Return it, and we will cover the shipping cost," but they never paid me back. (Don't trust them!!!!)

Long story short, they wasted three months of my time, and I paid £9 for shipping and returns for nothing!

Bought a Wing mirror cover for my Ford Mondeo recently, Colour matched perfectly and fitting was simple, 10 out of 10.

Ordered Hydro Dipped wing mirror covers for ds3. Communication from seller was great and the covers themselves are awesome. Thankyou

I ordered a wing mirror shell but after 2 weeks it hadn't arrived. Using their 'CHAT' they said it had been shipped. I emailed a few days later to say it still had not arrived. They posted another one which arrived 3 days later. So although the first one has still not arrived the customer service was good.

The product is excellent but do make sure they use a decent courier if you pay for one and get them to say WHEN it has been dispatched and which carrier. I would use them again.

First class product, great service and delivery, nothing to much trouble price very good.

First order didn't arrive but seller quickly resolved by sending a replacement.

Really happy with this company’s service.
I had no problem with fast shipping
Would definitely recommend!!

Ordered to replace one I'd lost. Prompt shipping and perfect colour match. Subsequently ordered one for the other side.

This company really helped me in a tough situation. I would really recommend them to anyone who needs car parts

Got the part I ordered slight issue with delivery.seller sorted out quickly. New part looks great just like the original. Would highly recommend.

Ordered for next day delivery but order was delayed due to festive period which is understandable. Great communication once they got in touch, Fits perfectly no issue with items. Would recommend.

Paid for fast shipping, arrived a week later.

Made sure it was the correct piece for the car, it goes on but doesn't stay on as the clips inside the wing mirror are completely different to the old wing mirror cover.

This company delivered just over a week after the order which as a customer wasn’t fully aware when placing order. It was delivered so company ok to use if you are not requiring a part quickly, even with courier service it takes over a week. Overall ok company just ideally would have preferred quicker.

Ordered a new painted wing mirror on a Monday and received it within 5 days. Paint matched perfectly and looks like original. Awesome service and would highly recommend and wouldn't think twice about using these guys again
