Ordered a dress that was priced at $58, I read the reviews and shipping information. Made sure it wasn't shipped from overseas because I was limited on time for my event. So ordered on Sept 4,2026 says it was shipped on Sept 5, 2026. By Sept 17, 2026 I sent email asking for tracking. They just kept saying we will look into this for you. On Sept 25, 2026 I asked for a refund they advised that once I received the item then I could return it. Return fee would be from $20-$40 then once they received it I would be credited. Finally received the dress on Sept 29th. Looks like it was ordered from Temu. Never again!!!

The clothing is cheap, poorly made and nothing like the photos. I ordered a sweater, a sequin jacket and a satiny dress. All crap. To return, you go through a series of back and forth emails, only to be told that it's over forty dollars to return it at your cost and then they will review it and decide if you get a refund. So I'm guessing not. No labels in the clothing, came in cheap plastic bags. Definitely a scam. Do not buy from here.

The product took awhile to arrive. The quality is the same as SHEIN but with a higher price tag. Poor quality and poor customer service. Buyer beware.

Less than negative review. Ordered a jacket for a wedding last month. Wedding occurred this past weekend. Jacket apparently on a plane from China for past weekend!! Never informed that it would take many weeks to get here. Had to order another jacket from Amazon which arrived in days!! Still don’t have the Atelier jacket. Most likely will cost me more to return than jacket worth!! NEVER EVER order from this company!!! You will regret

This item took much longer (almost a month) than it should have to arrive. I was skeptical about them to begin with and emailed customer service when it was very late in arriving- (showed as delivered but was not delivered) got an initial answer then nothing. Finally one day a dirty crumpled package arrived with the item. The buttons are all the same on the item except for one - right in the middle front of a blouse that is different color! So, I would not order from this company again. Wish their products and delivery were as nice as their website. Don’t understand why a business would operate this way.

They make returns extremely difficult! The return policy in their web site states that shipping costs should be $5 - $10 AUD and calls out the return ship to address as in Australia. This is on the USA web site where all product costs are listed in USD. I have been going back and forth with customer survice trying to make a return. They finally conceeded that I could return the product but gave an incomplete address in China for the ship to address and stated that the cost to return was going to be approximately $40-$50 "as stated on their website". Their web site says nothing about China and nothing about $40-$50. The address that they sent in China is not even usable becuase it is incomplete!

Ordered a knit sweater half zip, really comfy and its got a nice feel to it. I usually size up by 1 when ordering but i decided to follow the size guide and it fit me just right.

The fabric used is polyester / synthetic. If you want to return an item for a full refund, the customer service is SLOW to respond AND you have to pay to ship the item to China (~$40-$50) AND there is still no guarantee that it will arrive so you can receive a full refund. I do not recommend from this company.

Actually very good quality and material, my son loves it. Took like 1-2 days more then expected but otherwise im happy. :)

I am absolutely appalled at the jacket that was sent to me. I measured my son and went by their measurements and even had a seamstress check them. The jacket won't even fit me and I am a very small-framed person. The quality was pathetic, paper thin material and low quality fabric. I will never again buy from them and suggest no one does. Also took 2 months to get here. Now I have to last minute find a decent coat. They are absolutely ripping people off and a scam. Jacket looks nothing like the photo!!

Really impressed with Atelier Oliver. They have a great selection of clothing, with a nice mix of smart and casual styles. The designs look modern and well put together, and the products have a really good overall look and feel. Definitely a store I’d shop with again.

The lining is soft and they are properly warm. Took a couple of days to break in but I didn’t get any blisters after that which is rare for me.

I had purchased the fleece jacket and is great for coming into these cold mornings. I wear it going into work and it’s warm and cosy, would highly recommend

The best cloathes to look fancy.
Hi ordered a some cloathes a couple of weeks ago. First of all the quality was really, really good. Like for this price it felt like a steal. I ordered the cloathes for my Italy trip and I got a lot of compliments on it so I can only recommend it. Yes I know like I read it earlier shipping can take some time but keep in mind that you aren't ordering from nike or something like that. But for a small brand I had 10/10 experience.
I will definetely order winter cloathes in the future.

I purchased a jacket advertised as suede. The jacket did not even resemble what was advertised and the label indicated it was 95% polyester. I refused to pay the $50 return shipping to their international returns center after several email exchanges with customer service and filed a case with my credit card. I was refunded by my credit card provider. The world is aware of this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Before ordering a dress, I specifically checked the refund policy. It stated that the cost of a return would be absorbed by the buyer and would typically cost between five and $10 Australian. This equates to seven dollars US approximately.

When I received the item 3 weeks after ordering, not only was the product not as pictured, but the quality was extremely poor, thin and not even the same length as indicated in the picture. The dress was supposed to be maxi length or to the floor, and it ended up being more of a tunic.

I have now corresponded with the returns department on several occasions and they are now asking me to send my return to a Chinese address and it will cost me almost equivalent to what the the dress cost me originally

I would definitely not recommend this brand to anyone. They are misrepresented on the website as to what the refund policy and the quality is extremely poor.

The suit was cheap crap and did not fit, even though their size guide was used. Free returns do not include the $50 or more for return shipment. Do not buy from them.

The hooded jacket does the job on chilly mornings, the zip is smooth and the hood is decent. That is the main thing I wanted from the hooded jacket, and so far it has done it without creating any extra fuss.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. This is a bait and switch scam. They post high quality photos of clothing and shoes. I bought 2 shoes and 2 jackets and it was the poorest quality I’ve ever seen. I emailed them to return and get a refund and they sent me back an invalid address which was listed on Google as an a scam address by the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THIS IS A VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
