UPDATE - I have raised a dispute with the bank to try and get the money back as still no goods. Everybody do the same!!! Dont let this shambles of a company get away with scamming us!!!

Do not order from them!
I ordered a necklace after chloe ferry advertiser them and after receiving a tracking number text to say it was on its way I’ve had nothing. It’s been a month and it hasn’t arrived with the delivery people and every time I email (which is 4 times so far) I get a generic response of “I will check on it and let you know”. Unacceptable and poor customer service. They have no social media nor phone lines so it is very difficult to get hold of them for any meaningful updates.

It's been a month and half since I ordered 2 necklaces from chloe ferry advertising them. Emailed them as it said it was shipped a month ago no reply. That's money I won't see again!!
