Appalling website, no customer service. Bought tickets online which is the ONLY way they operate. Had to set up an account, which then was uncontactable. They took my money but could not provide me with any tickets. I hope they're simply useless otherwise it seems to be a con. Only wish that I'd checked Trustpilot first.

Spent over an hour trying to book theatre tickets online. Having entered my order and finally got to payment, I received the message that payment had failed. I tried it 3 more times with the same result. I rang the help number that was given and received a message: 'If you are ringing about a failed payment a fix has been applied, please try again' I did, it didnt work so I have given up. This is not the first time that I have had truuble with this awful website.

Had problems booking tickets with a access card,and emailed them.
They responded very quickly and sorted the issue out.
Very friendly and helpful.

When you call them you get charged at a premium rate, I wouldn’t mind but they had made a mistake that needed rectifying with a call.

I booked 2 seats to see a show next year. While me and my partner were looking we didnt realise we had booked the after noon show. Not long after we noticed this. I phoned to change our seats to night time show. They wanted to charge me a fee to change our seats to the night show. The seat prices were the same. Customer service was no help at all. No fee should be charged for them to click.a couple of buttons on the keyboard. They wouldn't change our seats unless we payed the fee. What a joke.

Jag satsade 2 000 kronor på vinnaren av Elitloppet, Go On Boy, två dagar före loppet. Oddset då var 6,27. I det här fallet borde oddsen ha varit fasta – särskilt med tanke på att man inte ens vet om hästen kommer att kvalificera sig till finalen, eftersom man först måste ta sig vidare från försöksheatet.

Hästen vann. Men istället för att betala ut vinsten enligt de fasta oddsen, 6,27, fick jag bara betalt enligt liveoddset: 3,85. Det motsvarar en utbetalning på 7 700 kronor, istället för de 12 540 kronor jag rätteligen borde ha fått.

Vad är poängen med att ta den extra risken att spela tidigt, när det inte ens är säkert att hästen går till final, om man ändå får samma odds som någon som spelar senare – när det redan är klart att hästen kvalificerat sig?

När jag kontaktade spelbolaget fick jag svaret:
"När man satsar på en häst är oddsen rörliga, så oddsen minskade eftersom fler satsade på den efter att du lagt ditt spel."

Men det fanns faktiskt två separata sektioner: en som hette "Elitloppet" och en annan som hette "Solvalla". Förra året satsade jag på Horsy Dream i samma Elitloppet-sektion och då fick jag fasta odds – utan problem. I år verkar de ha blandat fasta odds med liveodds utan att tydligt informera om det.

Otroligt att ATG i alla år har anställda som sitter och sprider skitsnack om vilka som har chans att vinna, spela på den osv, allt för att lura och bedra spelarna. Borde bara vara tillåtet att referera och informera, inget annat. Jag lyssnar inte, men lider med dem som gör det. Förlorar allt de äger och har. Sedan är sidan krånglig, trög och värdelös. De förnyar hela tiden till det sämre. Casinot har jag spärrat sedan åratal, nätets mest riggade.

Egentligen ingen stjärna alls. Sidan är trög och det dröjer jättelänge innan spelet öppnas. Vissa spel inte tillgängliga, varför inte ta bort dem då? Skitdåligt med vinster. Jag tänker inte spela mer på ATG, nu får det vara nog!

Vann 2700 när jag går ut i historik ser man inte vinsten och jag har 2 kronor kvar.

Bought tickets for bat out of hell last year for this year but the seats I ordered and picked out were not the ones we got today my daughter is disabled and cannot do stairs I’ve always booked front row seats and paid extra for this reason .very very disappointed they must have resold our seats and we were given the cheaper seats ..we were supposed to be in row A we were put in rowQ I do know how we managed it .very very upsetting

Satte in 200 kr för att spela på casinot, efter ett tag vann jag 23000 kr och fortsatte spela ett antal timmar och i slutändan hade jag drygt 15000 kr kvar som jag tog ut.
Jag fick dock inte ta ut dem utan de ville ha kontoutdrag på mitt bankkonto samt lönebesked för att jag hade omsatt "höga" summor.
Vid kontakt så visade det sig att de tittar inte på vad jag satt in dvs 200 kr, utan på min omsättning på casinot under timmarna jag spelat och att det skulle stämma med min inkomst.
Det är ju helt absurt, det är 200 kr jag satt in och det relaterar till min inkomst.
Jag fick ut mina pengar och efter det sa jag upp mitt konto omedelbart.

Helt otroligt hur man har lyckats göra travspelet så tråkigt det måste vara handplockade byråkrater från Transportstyrelsen och Lantmäteriet som står för upplägget
Tråkig och svåröverskådlig, ingen risk för spelmissbruk i mitt fall.

I went to see Mean Girls with my brother on 23 May 2025. The row behind us there was about 7 people drunk and they talked loudly throughout the entire show. You also allowed them to bring drinks in glasses into the theatre and they smashed one when they went to the bar at the interval and all the sharp glass rolled under my seat and ended up next to my feet which is very dangerous. Your staff didn’t did nothing to stop them which presumably was because they were spending a lot of money in the bar. I thought you couldn’t bring drinks into the theatre? 🎭 This was a waste of money and time 🕰️ for us and disappointed we couldn’t enjoy the show. As stated you even could hear them talking above the band which are loud. They were in stalls row B behind us and we were in row A seats 4 & 5. Their behaviour was that bad in my opinion they should be banned from the theatre. The people who sat behind us where not in there correct seats as they asked the people in the seats to move along the row to the seats they had booked which allowed the 7 who talked throughout the show to sit together.
You had a similar issue on the 13 May and the show was delayed for 25 minutes as you had to remove some drunk patrons.

I spoke to James H on Thursday 27th March, he was very helpful and looked into the problem with discounted tickets (disabled) for me. He said he was off on Friday but would get back to me on Saturday which he did and I was able to buy the tickets I wanted. James H was very helpful and seemed like a nice lad.
