Sold my entire vinyl collection for a good price. The process was simple and I found the staff very helpful at each stage. Cannot fault in any way.

I put an enquiry in and Atlas responded really quickly by phone. After a quick chat I could tell they. Really knew what they were doing. Within a few hours of receiving my collection I was contacted and we agreed a price which both parties were happy with.
The funds were transferred the same day.

The whole transaction was seamless from the first enquiry to the final transaction. All enquiries were answered promptly, both by telephone and email, and the information sent regarding packaging and transport were very clear, with the added bonus that the carriage was paid for by courier labels being provided. The correct number of boxes were supplied for the number of albums, with plenty of bubble-wrap and parcel tape with clear instructions sent online, and the courier arrived as arranged. The price offered was a fair one after only 24 hours and the money paid promptly by bank transfer. Overall, this company take a pride in their service, and back it up in their actions. I cannot recommend more highly.

A surprisingly pleasant experience of selling my late husband’s jazz/blues record collection that did not generate much interest elsewhere. Very professional email correspondence with all the info I needed and friendly and helpful. Also, no fee for the courier who delivered 3 boxes I requested promptly. Another rival company wanted to charge me £100 for a courier! A fair price and a prompt payment. Really nice telephone conversation. I would definitely recommend Atlas Records.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the whole process to sell my 250 records was excellent. Firstly they responded quickly to my initial enquiry and asked a couple of questions about my collection.

We then agreed a date for the collection to be picked up: they sent the packaging and instructions and within 2 days after the pick up, I received my offer.

All in all, this was much smoother than I expected. The communication was very good and fast too. The payment was in my account within a few hours of accepting the offer. I can therefore highly recommend this company if you are looking to sell your collection.

Such an easy and efficient experience in sending 150 vinyl albums to them for valuation. All paid for and packaging supplied by Atlas. Their staff were extremely friendly and helpful and their valuation of my collection was fair with the money being transferred into my bank account promptly. A very professional service by Atlas - I would recommend them very highly.

Very efficient in how they deal with sales. Arranged a pick.up from me, unfortunately the delivery driver (parcel force) left after 45 seconds of ringing the doorbell and I missed the slot. What a great friendly group the staff at Atlas records are. After I contacted them to see if they were interested in my collection, they explained the process for me sending the records in boxes/bubble wrap that was sent out along with the postage labels. After a few days Sam was back in touch with a fair price for all the records and after agreeing this value the money was sent promptly. Some good points, some worse…

So I used the website recently for the first time and was pleased with the process and website and speed of receiving the record. Unfortunately upon opening I discovered that the record was in far worse condition that had originally been advertised and found the listing to not detail these or that the photos on the Atlas website indicative of any areas of damage also. As I did not feel the record grading quality matched, due to numerous pops and cracks throughout, as well as the outer and inner sleeve I decided to return the record which was a simple and straightforward process.

The main issue created after returning the item and receiving a refund, was that after around a month the very same record has ended up for sale on their website and Discogs with a newly elevated price at almost double what I’d paid and a reduced grading (due to me informing Atlas of this!). I wouldn’t personally use again unfortunately.

Hannah and Tom were a pleasure to deal with, I dropped in with my record collection which they valued the same day, the valuation was very fair and I was paid the same day!
