Like many people, I too got scammed by this company. I booked air duct cleaning for $99, as they advertised. Once the technician came on site, the quote went up to $500 because they said the duct was "dirty" (duh??) and needed a "deep cleaning" (like visiting a dentist?!). Don't waste your time! Go hire honest people.

Scammed me out of $100! Asked them to clean my dryer duck an it went from $79-$300
They lied and didn’t clean anything and showed me a fake picture of someone’s vent. I asked them to come back because lint was still coming out in large chucks and they blocked me

I did an online quote for $79 & the tech was 25mins late, no call fm him. Had to call office & was told I'd get a call back in 5mins-didn't happen. Was upcharged to $599 & said, can't do it, & ended up with a military discount, which helped some, but over $400 is unacceptable. Their online website the office gal sent me doesn't show price break out for regular dryer vent cleaning vs deep dryer vent cleaning. I needed it done for new dryer install & timing was an issue from other companies. Not happy on price upcharge, but glad it's cleaned out thoroughly.
I don't recommend, shop around. Stanley Steemer does for $150-ish.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Very deceptive advertising! Advertise starting at $69, but does not say this is only to clean out the back of the dryer. He took one look and said it would be $259. I just said NO THANKS - way too much!

came here to do a $300 job I agreed to and when they arrived tried to upsell everything to $1000. woudln't give me a straight answer when i asked for the business name. Gave me the name "air duct cleaning services of st louis". then I asked why I couldn't find it and he said oh, that's the guy you talked to, we're actually "master air duct cleaning" which also doesn't exist, he was quickly walking out my door as I was searching for this second business name. The facebook profile used to communicate with me was fake.

The worst experience ever. Totally unprofessional. The claim one price $79 on website and up the price to $300 when arrived. The guy supposed cleaned the dryer. He was out there maybe 15 minutes on the phone the whole time. Stated his brush died and couldn't complete any additional work. (Ie. air ducts) Then he insisted upon being paid in cash. I had to ask for a receipt. He gave me a paper with no information on it(no company name, service date). I called the office asking for a receipt. An hour later she sends me an invoice for $1517 dollars for services I didn't receive. I called back and told the man to cancel the appointment and send me a receipt for the dryer vent cleaning. I am still waiting a day later.

To say that the technician was inept would be a disservice to inept people. $350 to completely block the vent. $1000 for a new dryer and $350 to have a real licensed technician come correct the issue. Avoid at all costs (because it will cost you).

Frauds and liars! I was told over the phone they would send an "expert". HA HA HA
What a JOKE! The "Technician" could barely speak English and knew less than I did. They should get a class action lawsuit!

Had an appointment today, $79 deal. When I booked the appointment I told them that it was a 2 story home, which means the dryer vent is on the roof, and would that be a problem? I was told no. When the guy got to my house he immediately said that if he has to get on my roof that it would be $299. The man was also a very rude foreigner. $220 price hike within 5 minutes of being there, I just told him to leave. I called the company and told them what had happened, and got nothing but excuses. Do not recommend these people when there are way to many other honest companies to choose from

The technician was good and like all other reviews mention you are given a price at scheduled appointment, then on appointment day you are given a higher price. There was a bit of pressure, which, at this point I now regret because looking back at the appointment the technician just stopped by to look at the chimney and said it was in good shape. After consulting with other companies, i was left feeling overcharged for the service. I wish I can go back and go with another company. The company atti air and the technician have an odd relationship, payment was requested to be sent to a different company. I hope everyone looking into receiving their service has the opportunity to go with a local company in their city. The technician was friendly and professional but there was a definite upcharge for what he expressed was a heavy cleaning. After doing some research and looking at other reviews, I believe that the cleaning that took place at my house was a simple cleaning, not deep cleaning as he expressed.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Attempting to charge me 1600 dollars for gas logs that cost 200 dollars! Then brought out the (wrong unit) so they say and supposedly would give it to me for the same price lol. Then the guy left saying he was going to get a remote and never came back. I kept calling and then someone said he would be back 10 days later! Asked for the manager multiple times and was told they would call me and never did! Left the unit on my floor. This is after I paid a 400 dollar down deposit(25%). Ran a background check on this company and they are horrible! Big time SCAMMERS!!!

CSR scheduled dryer vent cleaning between 9-11 am. I told her I wasn’t feeling well and needed to go to bed after appointment.
At 11:30 am I received a call from the technician asking if he could reschedule for 1:00. I was very nice about it.
1:00 came and went. No call or text. I finally gave up and laid down at 1:30.
Finally I get a call at 2:45 saying he was in Olympia - 45 minutes away!
I called both the CSR & the technician the following morning. No one ever called me back.
Do not trust anything AttiAir says.

First off, I don't write these reviews lightly. I picked this company based off saying they served my area. seemed like a pretty reputable company from online advertisement. Nice trucks, tools, priced starting at $99.
Well, what I got was to foreign guys.. in a unmarked minivan, who came in.. seemed very nice but couldn't talk English very well. They checked out main unit in attic, stated I had mold..showed me a pic.. seemed legit. They said now the price was more and I also needed a special UV light to help control mold.. priced at $1000.. then the price jumped up for amount of vents. Total wound up being $2600. Wife started researching a little and pricing seemed like it could be real.. So I gave the go ahead.
Then they started coming in with equipment which was a tool bag with a dewalt drill, about a 12ft winding/flex hose with brush on the end. This was not a suction hose.. just to make brush stir and break up dust in vents and tubing. The vacuum was a cheap Ridgid vac from home depot with about a 10ft hose. they went through.. removed vents, made a total mess.. and didn't clean up anything. At this point, I was like..I just want to get them out and write off my stupidity for letting them do the work. At the end, they were asking if I could pay in cash or they had to add 4% for credit card transaction. WTF man. Please DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! I wish I could add pics of the stuff they used and mess they left. Total was 2700 something with 4% increase from CC trans

The price online for dryer duct cleaning is $79. When the technician arrived, it became $200. The price for air duct cleaning went up to almost $1,000. The technician didn't work for Attiair, he was an independent contractor who worked for a bunch of other companies as well. So not trust their pricing or quotes of"professional staff".

The technician was aggressive and tried to scam us by recommending a worse dryer duct then we had and tried to charge us 600$ for it

Attiair did not inform us when we made the appointment for a FREE estimate that the technician would be a subcontractor. In addition the price that was quoted over the phone was for basic dryer vent cleaning and as soon as the technician walked in he said we would need deep dryer vent cleaning BEFORE even looking at dryer vent, which of course greatly increased the price.: in addition
-Technician was late arriving;
-Technician could not explain the difference between basic & deep dryer vent cleaning
- Technician made a mess & allowed lint. dust etc.to fall in yard/garden outside & did not clean it up
Technician refused to accept checks
Technician used scare techniques citing possible fire hazard & mold
Technician charged several hundred dollars for just a few minutes work.
Technician did not seem to care that we were not satisfied although their website states "satisfaction guaranteed".
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. We called company and asked to speak with a supervisor &still have not received a call back!

I made an appointment with a girl over the phone. I called again to cancel it. The message said to leave a message over the phone.about cancels. So I texted and left a message about the cancel. So some Attiair criminal went to my home anyway on the date of the cancelled apt. HE LET HIMSELF IN MY HOME. He told my son I had given him permission to do so over the phone. I never did I was at work and that is why I cancelled. He then told me that the barely $100.00 job was $500.00. as soon as I got off work I told Attiair and that person the next time they ever come to my property I will call the PD and report trespassing. Don't call Attiair unless you have a gun turitt surrounding your property.

Ordered dryer vent service online on their website. No confirmation email was sent and the person they sent came and charged so much more than their advertised pricing for a 20 minutes job. Their site stated $79 while the technician came asking for $450, because he would have to climb up to my storage roof to access the vent opening I clearly requested someone to come with a ladder). He settled for $250 and completed the vacuum in 10 minutes while my dryer was running. Did not climb into my attic to make sure he got all the lint out from the hoses and gave a carpet cleaning receipt. I never requested for carpet cleaning which shows this was not well organized company. Regretted using this company.

Mike, one of the supervisors is rude, ill-mannered and refused to take a look when I called to complain. The tech came out, did a 10 minute max job, asked me to zelle him $175, on my dryer vent and nothing changed. They are thieves and also not professional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I should have checked the reviews before I got them. I even replaced my old dryer with a new LG and it still isn't working. They are thieves and will not do it right.

If I can give zero stars I would person did not even inspect my home duct system to see if I have any holes charged me did a crappy job call the supervisor didn’t help me with really much. Send the same person infected house with an attitude at this point one of this person out of the house.
